Dear Sarah, its a Month into our work together I am off of half of my medication and finding ways together with you to the right remedies. A wonderful help to releive a lot my worries that go round and round in my head. Bach’s remedies this particular,,, white chesnut. I sugesst that to others. God is so good. I am able to sleep again.
