Dr. Sarah Larsen first learned of the virtues of Water from her grandmothers in Pakistan!
Dadiuma would say, 
“Bhata, Water has “perfect” memory and you should drink the whole cup as a prayer before you put the glass down!” (Bhata means son… the highest form of complement in the culture!)
Left to right in the picture, my Dadiuma’s 3 sons are in the picture here. All people that met my grandma loved her! My mom is in red next to my, dad is her middle son. Grandma’s eldest son is a doctor and that added so much to her pride and joy! In blue is his wife sitting next to grandma’s youngest daughter in blue. Her husband sits with my grandmother’s youngest son!
All so blessed to have had my grandma! She lives on through them and all of us that get to learn the wisdom -true nature of things – and she would say, “the water between us, connects us all in every generation!”
Sometimes the wisdom of water and it’s perfect memory comes in when the frequency, vibration, and oscillation are just right within us!
I began sharing and taking care of water since giving a speech in college about turning off the water when you brush your teeth. That speech was inspired by/originally spoken by a dorm mate!
There is so much you can do for water! Dr. Emoto’s work is amazing and when I learned of it in the movie, What the Bleep do we know…
I knew my grandmother was right!
And I challenge you to be mindful of water:

On average, about two gallons of water flow from a faucet each minute. Something as simple as turning off the water while brushing your teeth can save up to three or four gallons of water per person per day. That’s more than 1,000 gallons of water per year or enough for almost 100 four-minute showers.
