I was born with the gift of unconditional love — the kind that reaches even those who were abusive, seeing them not as enemies but as starving fragments of the same divine spark we all carry. That love taught me a profound truth: as long as we are full of delusions of self-importance, there is no way to break free and grow.
That is why matzah — one of the simple, unleavened bread of our ancestors — is a perfect symbol for leaving your personal slavery. When you make you plus ourselves small (humble, open, ego-free), we slip through any bars of limitation and rise to the highest heights.
Through this practice of love and humility — what many traditions call “obeying Universe’s Highest Principle” or aligning with the “Absolute Truth” aka “Higher Power of your Understanding” — I received more abundance than I could have imagined: profound health, relationships, opportunities, and inner peace.
I share this challenge with you not as theory, but as lived proof that when you live in harmony with that eternal coherence, the universe responds in kind.
Why This Challenge Works: Grounded in Science and Universal Principles
Abundance consciousness is not wishful thinking — it is a trainable brain state backed by neuroscience and positive psychology. Daily gratitude and mindfulness practices literally rewire the brain: they increase gray matter in regions linked to reward processing, emotional regulation, and decision-making (prefrontal cortex, anterior cingulate cortex, ventral striatum).
