“Things which matter most must never be at the mercy of things which matter least!” ~ Johann Goethe
The “Oh So Busy” Dilemma:
Everything seems important to you because you haven’t connected to, identified and integrated what is really important to you!
Because everything might seem important, you then feel -engulfed by or you feel you must do everything!
Sometimes, others see you doing everything and get into a habit of expecting you or themselves to do everything.
So there is a lot expected of you from others and yourself.
Doing everything keeps you so busy, you don’t have time to connect with and identify what is really important to you!
“TIME MANAGEMENT” is “Your Energy Management”
~Dr. Sarah Larsen
Is energy everything? Is your life in balance? Is Time management Energy management?
Time and Health are your most valuable asset. You can think of time as something you either master and or serve.
Either you run the day or the day runs you. By extension either you run the business or the business runs you.
Learn how to separate the important things to you and the not so important things.
Time is the best-kept secret of the rich, the successful and the happy!

What then is time?
If no one asks me, I know what it is.
If I wish to explain it to him who asks,
I do not know.
Saint Augustine
THE TIME MATRIX
All activities fall into one of 4 categories:
I. URGENT & IMPORTANT
2. NOT URGENT & IMPORTANT
3. URGENT & NOT IMPORTANT
4. NOT URGENT & NOT IMPORTANT
~Steven Covey

Don’t mistake movement for achievement.
It’s easy to get faked out by being busy.
The question is: Busy doing what?
Are you doing what is right for you?
Without a clear connection to what you truly value you can be swayed by opinions and requests.
Sometimes you need to stay in touch but be out of reach.
Time is more valuable than money.
You can get more money, but you cannot get more time.
DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS MOST IMPORTANT TO YOU?

Look at every path closely and deliberately.? Try it as many times as you think necessary.? This question is one that only a very old man asks …?Does this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good; ?if it doesn’t, it is of no use. ~ Carlos Castaneda
