What are your Priorities?
Is listening to and for the “silence” what it means to be spiritual?
The science behind meditation and what are mental health breaks?
Is Listening to the Silence – Listen for the space of Silence within you defined as Meditation.
What century-old processes are good for you?
The natural tendency is to treat matters of the spirit as luxury items—sort of an appendage to life.
Eating, sleeping, making money—these things are given priority and the time dedicated to them is sacrosanct.
But prayer, meditation and study fit in only when you feel like it, and are pushed aside on the slightest whim.
Sometimes that part only becomes important as people in your life, those you value, pass away. You can forever stay connected to everyone by connecting with them when you are alive!
You’ve got to make your priorities faithful to your inner self. You’ve got to ask yourself if this is what your life is all about.
Set a schedule for exercising your soul as an athlete does for his body.
Treat those things as though they were your proprietary business. Because they are.
How to create a Mental Health Break: 24 Hour Break.
To create 24 hours for your self you need:
1. Bath/Shower facility
2. Great communication with those that you speak to regularly
lry them know you are creating a Mental Health Break. You are setting aside 24 hours for this between such and such times.
Let them know which types of interruptions are okay and which are not/
3. Journal or notebook- You want to doodle like a kid or write -draw, ask!
4. Food and Nourishment especially water for the 24 hours
5. Patience to know you are “trying” this on until you create your own schedule
6. Consider that Silence might communicate with you in symbols create a symbol. Flower, crystal, flower of life. a color to mean Your intention is to connect in the now moment with Silence!
You can use a symbol too like the star of David, Cross, Moon and star, or heart shape. My symbol is akin to the Sacred Heart or This Celestial Rose

Begin. Understand that you are made up of 4 Key elements: Earth, Water, Air & Fire.
Each of the four elements has a role to play. These were described as such in Aboriginal life. We could desribe them as the 4 states of matter that exist.
In physics, a state of matter is one of the distinct forms in which matter can exist. Four states of matter are observable in everyday life: solid, liquid, gas, and plasma.
1. Take a bath or shower. Wash yourself to go into your inner temple.
2. Create / Draw the symbol for this 24 hour period. Decide when you will invoke the 24 hours. Invoke your symbol by sitting with it and purposefully engaging yourself in SILENCE.
I draw my symbol then I light a candle. I prefer sunset on Friday till sunset on Saturday. A date with yourself, Love and a Sacred union with the silence inside you
3. You will listen deeply as the sunsets for the Grateful energy. You may have the thought. “Thank you silence for having the luxury of remaking myself with the Silence -Stillness inside me. Thank you, there is no right way or wrong way. I will co-create the way with something larger than myself!
3. You may ask for a dream or a vision.
Just stay connected to the dream may be a daydream. It may be a vision, and it may be a dream as you sleep.
4. Go to sleep. If you are “restless” … REST LESS. Stay connected to your body. This means stay in bed being restful, comfortable and keep the lights dark. You may or may not get to sleep. Your body will inform you when to wake.
You stay tuned into self to know when the message is being given to you.
If you are used to deeply listening to yourself, it is very easy.
It is about being present in the moment.
5. When you wake, you wake. Your body knows your intentions and as you slept, it did what was necessary for your next step. Spend some time just considering your night, the rest and the sounds you hear that woke you.
As you breathe, open, and release any blockage you might have to receive Stillness, Silence, or a deeper connection with your self!.
Just relax your belly,
Open your heart
And clear your thinking, by repeating,
“Be here now, I wonder what my next thought might be”!
You do not “work” – you observe your thoughts to understand your rules.
That serenity and spirituality must remain in secluded places
and not enter your place of work within yourself.
Wu Wei means – in Chinese – non-doing or ‘doing nothing’. It sounds like a pleasant invitation to relax or worse, fall into laziness or apathy. Yet this concept is key to the noblest kind of action.
It is to be present -just aware – no trying. just being.
That the innermost wisdom is to remain a secret of the wise
and not spill out onto the street. You connect with your innermost wisdom.
That your challenges, your upbringing, your handicaps ___________________ (fill in the blank with a verb) hold you back.
Open your heart, mind, and presence to allow you to become who you really are.
The rules are made up. You have to study yourself to understand which rules you are following that are not your rules. Have you been following instructions.
Instructions come for a reason. They were meant to be temporary, however we became part of a season or lifetime.
You have to download the new instructions within yourself by “clearing” out the old ones! Open your heart to this 24 hours of silence.
When you are ready to “speak” or break the silence – draw your symbol. This symbol can be powerfully activated to have you speak!
Save yourself, heal yourself, connect yourself, you are incredible and your heart knows the way!
Love! You! Love!
It is so good to ask yourself great questions. Am I present in this moment! In a world full of abundant possibilities, what can I do to make life better?
I can either become better or bitter.
Bitter is better as long as you are.
Ask yourself, are you getting better at what you are here to do.
Legacy building for earth, humanity, your true nature journey.
The challenge to be your best in your own neighborhood.
What a world.
This type of behavior or feelings are mirrored first by the people who have raised you, taught you and the people you surrounded yourself with.
