SHOW 1: Addiction, beyond 12 steps and Ancient wisdom!
Kitoto Sunshine Love, went through struggles at age 19. She failed under addiction and ended up at the hospital multiple times. Later she found out she was bi-poler, and was close to commit suicid. Kitoto was able to find love from people and firstly God. Today she is here helping others to fight through similar situations by caring, and listening to their voice and helping others to seek help.
Kitoto’s thoughts:
When I read the four gospels, I learned that the Holy Spirit was inside me. I found out that my body was a temple for Him, and God. At this point, I easily quit smoking cigarettes. I loved Jesus so much at that time, I couldn’t imagine myself smoking anymore. It was simply done for Christ. I drank water at all times, slimmed down, and kissed cigarettes goodbye in 2007. I tried one more time in 2009, but by then it was firmly ingrained in my DNA, that my body was a temple. I’ve been cigarette free ever since.
2nd story: In 1996, I tried heroin. For two years, I would have small bouts of addiction, on and off. I started it, to lose weight, and defend a friend who was taking it. It’s strange the reasons a person would choose such an addictive drug. It wasn’t easy to walk away from, but I had the full support of my family.
3rd Story: In 1998 I decided to try the methadone clinic. I remained there for eight years. After 2001, I never did street drugs again, but I was used to the safety net the clinic provided. It became a place that I did a lot of growing with my therapist. In 2006, through 12 step programs, and Pentecostal Church, I got off the methadone clinic (with hardly any withdrawal symptoms). Later, I left the twelve step programs, and even the church. I had a miscarriage, and vitamin deficiency after weight loss surgery. I became quite ill. Suddenly, my body needed to only hear words of LOVE. I had turned to psychics for help with my illness, and one of them recommended Louise Hay. I watched her film: “You can heal your life” and I truly absorbed her teachings. I had a new paradigm, and my body, mind, and spirit recovered.
Then my entire world opened up. All the way to this beautiful opportunity to share my stories with your Miracle Makers. I highly recommend what Hay House teaches.

My two fathers, and my grandmother are my spirit guides. I hear and see them so clearly. They have taught me so much of what I know! Archangel Michael and Metatron are my constant companions. They guide me, and look out for me. I’m a student of Doreen Virtue, (her earlier work) and Amanda Ellis, who is a color therapist. I have learned so much about Angels in the last five years, from studying these two, very, very closely. Amanda works with Metatron and Sandalphon the most. She taught me about portals, and sacred geometry. Amanda’s teachings on YouTube still heal the viewer just from watching, because Metatron holds the energy open. It’s timeless. Her portals (Lions Gate, 11:11, etc.) are open and available to enter at any time. It only gets better, and so do her meditations. She has many videos on the Ascended Masters also.

I learned about Ascension from a personal friend, then I attracted an email from Melanie Beckler. Her Angel Solution program is all about Ascension. You’re no longer living a 3D lifestyle, you ask yourself different questions, and respond differently now to the same events.

What is the root word of Ascension?
The noun ?ascension? derives from the Latin ?word? ascendere, ?meaning? “to mound, ascend, go up.” You may have observed the ?ascension?, or rising, of a star above the horizon with your telescope.
5 Types of Spiritual Ascension Spiritual ascension (or spiritual awakening) is “woke” meaning – a lot of ways to say this in spiritual circles.
Everyone has a slightly different definition. And yet every interpretation can, more or less, fit into the following five categories:
1. Awakening of the Mind
This type of awakening comes when you experience a major epiphany or sudden mental realization. This deep understanding does not necessarily translate to integrated experience, but it does feel like an astonishing flash of
‘enlightened’ perspective that can help you mentally understand life.
How to know if you have experienced one: Have you ever experienced that sudden “ahh” or ‘click’ when a piece of information/word/synchronicity falls into a larger puzzle? This “ah moment” is called a mental awakening. And often such realizations stay with us,
motivating and inspiring profound changes in our lives.
2. Awakening of a New Personality When mental awakenings are consistent and go deep enough, over a period of time they can result in the development of a new personality. This type of
transformation and ascension involves cutting away and moving past old limiting and toxic patterns and
developing qualities such as
self-acceptance, empowerment, and understanding. While this type of awakening isn’t as deep as say, a soul awakening, it is nonetheless still vital on the spiritual path.
How to know if you have experienced one: Think back to the kind of person you were one to three years ago. Are you still pretty much the same person?
Or have you made some major life-enhancing positive shifts? If you think you’ve changed (in a good way), you’ve likely experienced a personality
awakening. This type of awakening is caused when previously repressed, ignored or shunned parts of the personality have been integrated to create more wholeness.
3. Awakening of Spiritual Energy ‘Spiritual ascension’ can sometimes refer to awakening spiritual energy within the body and energy field. When life force energy (commonly referred to as qi, prana, or kundalini energy) is awakened, major changes can occur on the physical through the spiritual levels. Ancient practices such as tai chi, yoga, meditation, and tantra, help to awaken this energy, but sometimes life force energy awakens spontaneously. This
sudden activation is called a Kundalini Awakening, which enters the realms of the soul and total awakening (see the next two types below).
How to know if you have experienced one: An awakening of spiritual energy can feel mild all the way to extreme. (And when I say extreme, I mean intensely overwhelming and often too much to bear.) Common signs of an awakening of spiritual energy involve feelings of enhanced vitality and energy on the physical level, energy rushes, tingling and electrical feelings
throughout the body, changes in sexual libido, sharpened awareness, and feelings of cosmic interconnectedness.
Negative symptoms can also arise (for the uninitiated) such as mood swings, mania, physical hypersensitivity, insomnia, seizures, loss of appetite or overeating, extreme and scary altered states of consciousness – just to name a few.
4. Awakening of the Soul
Soul awakenings can be brief and sudden, or long and drawn out. Brief soul awakenings are often referred to in Zen Buddhism as ‘Satori’ which is the experience of seeing into one’s true eternal nature. This glimpse of enlightenment is often short and doesn’t last very long (one moment to a few days). On the other hand, long-term soul
awakenings are experienced as a deepening of contact with one’s Soul. This could involve consistently uniting with one’s soul purpose, spirit guides, or higher self and thereby understanding and beginning to experience oneself as Eternal and Limitless.
How to know if you have experienced one: Have you ever had a moment in which you felt the division between yourself and the World disintegrate? Have you ever shifted from the ego-perspective to the
universal-perspective? Have you experienced any moments where you’ve felt deeply aligned with your life purpose? These are all signs of a soul
awakening. Developing virtuous qualities such as compassion, tolerance, forgiveness, and unconditional love also accompany soul awakenings.
5. Total Awakening (Enlightenment) Enlightenment, or total ego death, is a rare experience in which the ‘self’ dissolves and all that remains is Unity With All. This state is called by many names: Oneness, moksha, non-dual awareness, Buddhahood, illumination, and so forth. Such an intense state of being can arrive spontaneously or through years of spiritual study and discipline – but in both instances, total awakening is a gift of grace, it isn’t something that we can “achieve” in the
normal sense of the word. When enlightenment occurs, there is an experience of being both nothing and everything all at once; it is a state that transcends thought and the mind itself, it is a Mystical Awakening. The ego is finally seen, understood, and overcome, and all that remains is the Pure Awareness, Presence, Love, and Truth.

I love Natalie Ledwells “Mind Movie Chakra Flow Meditation”. It works on the seven chakras of the body. In this mp3, I can cleanse and balance my chakras easily. For my 12 Chakras, I turn to Metatron and Amanda Ellis’ meditations, and sprays. In Tarot, I prefer Radleigh Valentine. His cards are all positive. From images, to words, it’s all good! I’m not as familiar with astrology as I am Ascension. I think I stopped following Astrology when I learned about The Higher Self.
SHOW 1V part 2: Near-Death Experience

Before I began my journey of ascension, I had a near death experience from too many opioids, decades ago. After I began ascending, I had two very distinct instances that felt like near death experiences. My Angels and guides show me things from the other side when I’m healthy though, so it may have been them healing me. I believe that it no longer serves, for me to describe those experiences. What my guides show me now, is more important.

I have a new gadget. It’s to spread Scaler energy. It’s supposed to be great for the aura, and combat WiFi waves. I’m not as informed about this, but I have a scaler plate. It will infuse anything with scaler energy. I can put crystals, water, food, shoes, etc. on it. The energy remains for quite some time. There’s also a Healy machine. It works on the blood. It moves blood through different areas of the body, but it will also work directly on the Chakras. It’s a pretty cool device.

Love is the most powerful healing tool, but so is the Earth. 5 years ago, I had autonomic dysfunction, and neurological migraines. My Intergrative Medical doctor, Felice Gersh taught me about grounding (or Earthing). Walking barefoot on the sand, or grass, healed my anxiety, and helped me recover. I wasn’t able to sleep, and I had serious mobility issues. She told me to go out to the beach, bury my legs in the sand, and stay in the hot sun. I was extremely low on Vitamin D.
