True Financial Freedom | Reprogram your Mind | You Can Help More People When You Have Agency

4/30/2025
The Light of Farida and Sadiq -They have given to me true financial freedom so I can help you and all who I meet.

My parents have been married since the late 1960s.

Here is a story written about two very beautiful people.
The setting of this story is the village of my heart!

In a dusty village cradled by the jagged cliffs of a forgotten valley, where the sun seemed to hesitate before rising, lived Farida, a weaver of intricate tapestries. Her hands, calloused yet gentle, spun stories into threads—tales of hope, loss, and dreams that the villagers whispered about but rarely believed in. Farida’s heart, though, was heavy. The village was fractured, its people divided by old grudges over land, water, and pride. She wove alone, her creations a silent prayer for unity.

Across the valley, in a shack perched on a windswept hill, lived Sadiq Khan, a poet who scratched verses into the bark of withered trees. His words were sharp, raw, and beautiful, but they were unread, for the villagers had little time for poetry amid their feuds. Sadiq, too, felt the weight of isolation. He wrote of love—not the fleeting kind, but the sort that could mend what was broken. Yet he doubted such love existed in a place so scarred.

One spring, when the valley bloomed with rare wildflowers, a festival was declared—a fleeting truce to celebrate the harvest. Farida hung her tapestries in the square, their colors shimmering like a promise. Sadiq, reluctantly, was persuaded to recite his poetry. As he spoke, his voice cracked with longing, his words weaving through the crowd like a breeze:

“Love is the root that splits the stone,
The fire that warms the weary bone.
It asks no name, no claim, no throne—
It builds where all seems overthrown.”

Farida, standing by her tapestries, felt his words pierce her. She saw in them the same yearning she poured into her threads. Their eyes met across the square, and in that glance, something unspoken passed—a recognition, a spark.

They were married and at dawn, by the river, Farida would show Sadiq the patterns she wove, each swirl a story of the village’s past. Sadiq would read her his poems, his voice softening as he spoke of healing and hope. They didn’t fall in love as the young do, with fire and haste, but as two souls who had walked through shadows and found a light they could share.

Their love grew quietly, but it was not invisible. Farida began weaving tapestries inspired by Sadiq’s words, bold designs that told of reconciliation. Sadiq wrote poems that echoed Farida’s art, verses that called for forgiveness. The villagers noticed. A woman who had not spoken to her brother in years saw Farida’s tapestry of two hands clasped and wept. A man who had hoarded water read Sadiq’s poem about a shared spring and opened his gate.

Together, Farida and Sadiq became a bridge. They held gatherings where villagers shared stories, not of anger, but of their dreams. Farida’s loom and Sadiq’s pen became tools of transformation, their love a quiet force that softened hardened hearts. The village began to heal—not overnight, but in small, undeniable ways. Neighbors shared bread. Children played across old boundaries. The valley seemed to breathe easier, its wildflowers lasting longer.

One evening, as the sun dipped low, Farida and Sadiq sat on the hill by his shack. She traced the lines of his latest poem, etched into a tree. He touched the edge of her newest tapestry, its threads glowing in the twilight. “We didn’t change the world,” Farida said, her voice soft.

Sadiq smiled. “No. But we showed it could be changed.”

Their love had not erased the village’s scars, but it had revealed something boundless—a grace that lingered in the act of creating together, of believing in each other. The valley, once divided, now hummed with possibility, its people bound by the beauty Farida and Sadiq had woven and written into being.

I began working towards freedom in the flea market booths, garage sales, and stores my parents would operate to educate my siblings and I

Quotes from T Harv Eker:

You must acquire the HABITS and skills of managing a small amount
of money before you can have a large amount.  Remember, we are
creatures of habit, and therefore the habit of managing your money
is more important than the amount.

Again, poor people think it’s all about the income; they believe
you have to earn a fortune to get rich.

The fact is that if you manage your money following
this program, you can become financially free on a relatively small
income.
If you mismanage your money, you can’t become financially
free, even on a huge income.
It’s not about what comes in, it’s
about what you do with what comes in.

“If you want to change the fruits, you will first have to change the roots. If you want to change the visible, you must first change the invisible.”

Know Yourself By Understanding Your Brain

Know Yourself By Understanding

This video might help explain why you say one thing and might mean another! Or why you feel overwhelmed. Watch this and you will understand you and others so beautifully!

Self sabotaging? This video above explains why!

You have many parts of you that cannot speak to you yet!
You must “learn” how to hear yourself and you must “know” Yourself!

Your very best as a human being can be “the life-force power of the Universe” — with “manual dexterity.”

You have two minds — and you can bring out the best of both of them.

Your left hemisphere causes a sense of separation, but it allows you to function and have volition in the world.

The right hemisphere is your “deep inner peace circuitry,” and you can access this perspective more of the time, a much more loving and peaceful world is possible.

Stress. Fear. Judging one another creates separation in yourself. Courage, Neutrality, and Willingness create wholeness in your body.

Stroke of Insight Summary
On the morning of December 10, 1996, Jill Bolte Taylor, a thirty-seven-year-old Harvard-trained brain scientist, experienced a massive stroke when a blood vessel exploded in the left side of her brain.

The ability to use right brain creativity and left brain logic simultaneously may have been what made Einstein a genius.

Your part of the brain that connects the two hemispheres of the brain is called the corpus callosum.

Chronic stress, the kind most of us face every day, divides your brain.

Ninety percent (or more) of doctor visits are for stress-related health complaints.

Chronic stress makes you more vulnerable to everything from cancer to the common cold.

Studies have also shown that chronic stress can quite literally shrink and divide your brain.

A single stressful event is enough to destroy brain cells — very often in an area called the hippocampus, which controls memory.

When the hippocampus is damaged by cortisol, the region struggles to regulate the body’s stress system.

This results in the secretion of even more cortisol, a vicious cycle that in turn damages more cells.

You can stop the vicious cycle by becoming:

1. Become present in the moment (All healing happens in the current moment) Your brain is incredible!
2. Believe in yourself more (All you are here to do will get done, do let the stress go! You are connected to Life which beats your heart for you!)
3. Understanding what “Life” or “God” sees in you an as you! (Life is brilliant and you are needed!)
4. Understanding you and becoming more you
5. Getting support from one who can help you see yourself

Do you need a miracle makeover with your health, money, or relationships?

Purpose | How to Find Your Purpose | 5 Types of Motivation

March 13, 2018 by Dr. Sarah Larsen Leave a Comment

Purpose

PURPOSE:

EVERYTHING IS ABOUT HOW YOU UTILIZE IT!

“Efforts and courage are not enough without purpose and direction.” ~ John F. Kennedy

Wiki defines:
Purpose or intention is a commitment to carrying out an action or actions in the future.
Purpose may also refer to Goal, the desired result or possible outcome.

You have so many tools within you!
You are so smart in ways you may have never considered.

How do you use you?
Nothing is good or bad, it is how you use it!

Your life force is extraordinary and filled with possibilities!
You are unique and no two people come in with the same purpose or usefulness!

No two eyes have exactly the same iris patterns. Look in the mirror at both your eyes. …
Just like fingerprints, identical twins don’t share the same iris swirls and patterns, so each of their irises is also unique.
The irises in all four of these eyes are unique from the others.

(CNN)Move over fingerprints. From your ears to your toes, there are many body parts that make you uniquely special.

And all of them are being examined as a way to identify you from others in a crowd.

Do your ears hang low? Wobble to and fro?

Your ear is so unique that it can be used to pick you out of a crowd.

Your ear is so unique that it can be used to pick you out of a crowd.
It turns out the ridges, bumps and shape of your outer ear are so unique that it may soon be one of the best ways to identify you.
According to University of Southampton biometrics expert Mark Nixon, studies have shown up to 99.6% accuracy
when ears were scanned using computer software that recreates their position, scale and rotation. That’s the same accuracy as fingerprints.

Your ear is fully shaped when you are born and changes little after about age 10.

EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU IS UNIQUE!
YOU HAVE A UNIQUE PURPOSE!

How to Find Your Purpose

Every part of your journey is completely different!  If you understand the purpose of each one of your steps, you will truly step into the Miracle Maker and Hero version of yourself!

Your journey is extraordinary and has a purpose!

Viktor E. Frankl: ‘When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.’, ‘Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.’

5 Types of Motivation

Intrinsic Motivation

Intrinsic motivation means that the individual’s motivational stimuli are coming from within. The individual has the desire to perform a specific task because its results are in accordance with his belief system or fulfill a desire and therefore importance is attached to it.

Our deep-rooted desires have the highest motivational power.

YOU CAN MAKE MIRACLES FROM LINKING WITH YOUR INTRINSIC MOTIVATION!

CONSIDER HYSTERICAL STRENGTH:
Hysterical strength is a display of extreme strength by humans, beyond what is believed to be normal, usually occurring when people are in life-and-death situations. Common anecdotal examples include parents lifting vehicles to rescue their children.

Extrinsic Motivation

Extrinsic motivation means that the individual’s motivational stimuli are coming from outside. In other words, our desires to perform a task are controlled by an outside source. Note that even though the stimuli are coming from outside, the result of performing the task will still be rewarding for the individual performing the task.

EXTRINSIC MOTIVATION IS FEEDBACK!  EVERYTHING IS FEEDBACK!  Understanding Extrinsic Motivation can truly propel you to your greatest possibilities when partnered with your miracle making abilities!

The Science of Miracles and Manifestation

with the Miracle Medium Rev. Dr. Sarah Larsen

Welcome
You are here to activate your senses!

How Many senses do you have?

Most children are taught that the human body has five senses: sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. But many neurologists identify nine or more senses, and some list as many as 21.

Ancient Egyptians, Chinese and Indian Medicine traditions recognize 360 plus senses!
Yes, and allopathic medicine is beginning to recognize these! Ancient Egyptians believed there was one for each degree (360 degrees) and when initiated together there were five more that are possible! Is it possible that you have one sense for each day of the year?

Who you are:

The Golden Baby Papyrus:

History of Mothering: From Ancient Egypt to Modern Times

The ancient Egyptians invented of type of paper called papyrus, which was made from the river plant of the same name. Papyrus was a very strong and durable paper-like material that was used in Egypt for over 3000 years.

Imagine the senses that were available to the golden baby being nurtured by the ideal mother and supporters of this experience!  This experience is “Mother uplifted as she nurses her baby!  Each of those surrounding this experience giving the mother, the breath of life and support of every kind as she sits on a throne! There is so much information available on this ancient Papyrus! You are the golden baby.  You are being nurtured now by the divine Universe and God because you can be!  Ask to be connected to Divine Source and you will be!

Your parent’s job was to raise you so far!  Your job is to raise yourself the rest of the way!
Practice being the natural states of development here:

You have many more senses, even beyond the spiritual than you ever imagined. And many of them are your body’s own internal sensing mechanisms, it has a way of keeping track of everything that’s right or wrong with itself.

This lends support to one of the most important of all the health principles:

Listen To Your Body

Your body is an amazing mechanism, and if you pay attention to it, it will tell you precisely what it

requires to stay healthy. It will also typically warn you when you encounter items that are not in your

long-term best interest.

The primary challenge is to be sensitive enough to recognize these signals. Most of us have long

ago lost this sensitivity and essentially ignore this important feedback that can help guide us.

Andrew Taylor Still, the founder of osteopathy, believed that the primary role of the physician

was to facilitate your body’s inherent ability to heal itself, and that a physician could best promote

health by ensuring that the musculoskeletal system was in as perfect alignment as possible and

obstructions to blood and lymph flow were minimized or eliminated.

Chiropractic medicine was founded as a health care profession in 1895 by Daniel David Palmer,

based on the premise that the body had an innate healing ability and this healing ability could

be compromised if there were nerve impingements obstructing the flow of nerve impulses.

Others, such as Dr. Weston A. Price, looked at diet, and how much healthier a body was when

it was given the foods it had naturally evolved to eat — foods that keep the body healthy enough to heal itself.

These great healers, and others who have followed in their footsteps, have slowly been bringing

about a revolution in health care. I have dedicated my life to helping to bring it even further along.

When it finally arrives, I believe that sickness, as we know it today, will be a rarity.

People will pay attention to what their body’s senses are telling them, and will know how to let

their bodies heal themselves.

How would your life change if you could more easily manifest miracles of healing, prosperity, and richer relationships in your life?

Do you want to learn the latest scientific discoveries for activating the miraculous, for more dynamic manifesting, and for cultivating
your 365 senses?

Whether or not you are aware of it, your thoughts, attitudes, and emotions, both the positive and negative ones, affect your personal energetic field, or environment. They also affect the fields around you, including those of your loved ones, friends, colleagues, and others.

Studies have shown you can influence and actually change your individual and social field environments and create environments of your own choosing.

Dr. Larsen learned from papers published by founders of HeartMath Institute

You Can Change Your Field Environment.

  • Your heart and feelings create.  When your genuine love, appreciation, care, and compassion are activated you can change a field environment, locally and potentially throughout the world.
  • The effects positive feelings can have on you and others are contrasted with what occurs when you are angry, frustrated, discouraged, or experience other negative emotions.
Your negative emotions absorb energy from the environment and decrease your life force and the energy field around you!
  • Your emotions affected other living things.
  • change your personal energy and the energy you send out to others and the planet by being in service, love, and courage.

Understanding the Stress Response

Interoceptive senses include balance (the sense of the body’s alignment), the organic sense (the sense of internal condition, such as hunger or thirst), and proprioception (the brain’s knowledge of relative positions of body parts). Proprioception is the sense that is actually tested by walk-the-line or finger-to-nose sobriety tests.

When you misunderstand or lose the depth of your senses from within your body, you have access to less of your senses!

You may be experiencing “Loss of proprioception” for example. It is a rare disorder that can cause a lack of coordination.  It can lead eventually to a complete lack of awareness of the body.

This causes a disembodied feeling as if the mind and body have separated.

For two years in a row, the annual stress survey commissioned by the American Psychological Association has found that about 25% of Americans are experiencing high levels of stress (rating their stress level as 8 or more on a 10-point scale), while another 50% report moderate levels of stress (a score of 4 to 7). Perhaps not surprising, given continuing economic instability in this country and abroad, concerns about money, work, and the economy rank as the top sources of stress for Americans.

Chronic stress is unpleasant, even when it is transient. A stressful situation — whether something environmental, such as a looming work deadline, or psychological, such as persistent worry about losing a job — can trigger a cascade of stress hormones that produce well-orchestrated physiological changes. A stressful incident can make the heart pound and breathing quicken. Muscles tense and beads of sweat appear.

It divides your brain into parts and your whole body has less access to your “WHOLE” self!

Research suggests that chronic stress contributes to high blood pressure, promotes the formation of artery-clogging deposits, and causes brain changes that may contribute to anxiety, depression, and addiction.

You stop being able to think correctly and accurately!

Let yourself be seen!
What would your life be like if you felt “free to be you?”

What would your life be like belonging to a group committed to your happiness, making a difference, and sensitive to unity consciousness?

There has never been a better time to give the gift of transformation to a friend, loved one, or yourself.

Create your life and create a better world!

The Number One Thing You Can Do for Your Body | Dry Brushing | How to Dry Brush

When I was in Medical School in Manipal, India at the Kasturba Medical College campus, I had anatomy class for 2 years straight!

Every day, we had classes and learned about each bone, muscle, and organ. We also had many hours of examining and interacting with many preserved body in the anatomy lab class.

For hours and hours, for two years, we dissected people that had donated their bodies to the furtherment for humanity for science.

I saw skin, bones, organs, and nerves of people of almost every age.

I saw all of the ways the body communicates, cleanses, and heals itself first hand! I saw what happened to organs of people of every age if flow, circulation, and communication within the body stopped!

Your body is so beautiful, complex, and able to flow massive amounts of water, blood, air, nourishment, and data through it!

You are more extraordinary than you have ever been lead to believe! I know how extraordinary the body is because I experienced being without having any beliefs!

How did I experience being without beliefs?  Well, multiple near-death experiences.

When I had my near-death experiences I would experience, being out of this incredible body. I would experience myself as free flow energy.

And then I would feel my pure energy adjust to and become limited by my body and beliefs!

In near death, I would experience my cells and my body as light! So beautiful to be free and just pure energy!

In my body, I felt I became again condensed light energy!

So much I want to share with you so you may understand the deep mysteries of yourself!

I now know ways to explain your pure energy and your potential to you!

In our current environment all around the world, the number one thing you can do is DRY BRUSH THE SKIN YOU ARE IN!!!!

For years I have recommended Dry Brushing and Oil Pulling!

Dry brushing is more important than ever!

Right now, more than ever, I believe it is time for you to have thicker, cleaner, and dry brushed skin!

In our current environment all around the world, the number one thing you can do is DRY BRUSH THE SKIN YOU ARE IN!!!!

Dry brushing as a practice—which involves scrubbing down your dry skin with a natural bristle brush.  Brushing toward your heart!

It is far from just pampering. It is stimulating and detoxifying. A practice that keeps you younger by exfoliating and reducing cellulite.

Sounds a bit too good to be true, so learn the facts. It is even better than that!

How does dry brushing work?

The exfoliation part is easy to understand. Gentle dry brushing will slough off dead, dry skin, improving its appearance and allowing it to hydrate more efficiently.

Your skin cells remove toxins, circulate your blood and your lymphatic system is purged!

As for detoxifying, dry brushing is similar to massage.

The light pressure against your skin and the direction in which you brush helps move lymph fluid into the lymph nodes so this waste can then be eliminated.

A healthy body naturally does this, but dry brushing speeds up the process. Dry brushing boosts circulation, delivering oxygenated blood to the skin and other organs, which helps them do their jobs. Dry brushing can help the body communicate with itself better in its nervous system and circulatory systems!

Your skin cells have Stem cells!  Your skin is very important tissue in our bodies. It protects us from infection and dehydration and allows us to feel many different things, such as pressure or heat. Our skin has to be constantly renewed throughout our lives. It relies on a whole host of different stem cells to keep it in good shape.

Why a dry brush? Why not just brush skin in the shower?

Brushing the skin while it is dry allows you to exfoliate and increase blood circulation without robbing it of moisture, as the hot water in the shower can.

What kind of brush should I use?

You want to use a loofah or rough cotton cloth and work up to a  natural stiff-bristled bath/shower brush, preferably with a long handle.

Work your skin up to the bristles that are stiffer than others. Develop your skin’s sensitivity and preference. The long handle helps you reach your back.

How do I do it?

You always start on dry skin using a natural bristled brush. I typically start from the feet/ankles and work my way upward in long fluid strokes on limbs and circular motions on torso and back. I move in the upward direction. It can be sensitive on the abdomen, breasts, and neck, so lighten up the pressure as needed.

A long handle is helpful so that you can get to the back, which can be brushed in downward strokes. A few overlapping swipes per area is enough. If you go over one area too long, you can actually break the integrity of the skin and cause irritation or bleeding. You generally do this once each day and shower immediately afterward.

When should I dry brush?

The best time to dry brush is just before a shower.

A great time is in the morning when you are waking up! Much of your blood will have had time to flow to your skin.  A lot of toxins can be removed! It can be a great way to get you back into your body!

Then you can wash off any dead skin cells and flaky skin.

What if If I have sensitive skin, can I dry brush?

Never brush over skin that is broken, which includes cuts, scrapes, lesions, sores or burned skin, including sunburns. Don’t ever brush over areas of infection, redness or general irritation, inflammation, cellulitis or skin cancer. Stop dry brushing if skin becomes irritated or inflamed. I also do not recommend using the brush on your face.

These brushes have bristles that are usually pretty firm.

The Dry Brushing Research that motivates you to take on this practice!

  • The skin is the largest most important eliminative organ in the body and is responsible for one-quarter of the body’s detoxification each day?
  • The skin eliminates over one pound of waste acids each day in the average adult, most of it through the sweat glands?
  • That the skin is known also as our third kidney?
  • That the skin receives one-third of all the blood circulated in the body?
  • That the skin is the last to receive nutrients in the body, yet the first to show signs of imbalance or deficiency?

Detoxification is performed by a number of organs, glands, and transportation systems, including the skin, gut, kidneys, liver, lungs, lymphatic system, and mucous membranes. The dry brushing technique deals with detoxification of the skin.

Dry brushing is a way to stimulate all the above organs of detoxification because it provides a gentle internal massage.

Dry Brushing was recommended by the Finnish Dr. Paavo Airola for his patients 30 years ago and is still popular in European spas and many cancer treatment centers today. The Russians, Turks, and Scandinavians have used this treatment for centuries. Dry brushing is promoted as a preventative for dry skin and a way to exfoliate the skin, thus stimulating skin renewal that is super soft to the touch, but there are many other benefits as well:

  1.  Removes cellulite
  2.  Cleanses the lymphatic system
  3.  Removes dead skin layers
  4.  Strengthens the immune system
  5.  Stimulates the hormone and oil-producing glands
  6.  Tightens the skin preventing premature aging
  7.  Tones the muscles
  8.  Stimulates circulation
  9. Improves the function of the nervous system
  10. Helps digestion
  11. Removes brain fog
  12. Stimulates your brain and body connection
  13. Awakens your body and it’s innate abililities
  14. Stimulates body intelligence
  15. Stimulates sense of proprioception. The unconscious perception of movement and spatial orientation arising from stimuli within the body itself. In humans, these stimuli are detected by nerves within the body itself, as well as by the semicircular canals of the inner ear.

Tips and Tricks for Dry Brushing:

A loofah sponge or a rough towel can also be used. Most nylon and synthetic fiber brushes are too sharp and may damage skin although I found a softer bath brush with nylon bristles that seems to do the trick. The important thing is to find something that is just right for your skin. Once your skin becomes “seasoned,” you can switch to a coarser brush.

  • Always dry brush your dry and naked body before you shower or bathe because you will want to wash off the impurities from the skin as a result of the brushing action.
  • You can do the brushing head-to-toe or toe-to-head.  It really doesn’t matter as long as the entire body is brushed. Long sweeping strokes starting from the bottom of your feet upwards, and from the hands towards the shoulders, and on the torso in an upward direction help drain the lymph back to your heart.

Note: Stroking away from your heart puts extra pressure on the valves within the veins and lymph vessels and can cause ruptured vessels and varicose veins.

  • Use light pressure in areas where the skin is thin and harder pressure on places like the soles of the feet.

Skin brushing should be performed once a day, preferably first thing in the morning. A thorough skin brushing takes about 15 minutes, but any time spent brushing prior to bathing will benefit the body. If you are feeling ill, increasing the treatments to twice a day is good. You can also dry brush areas of cellulite five to 10 minutes twice a day to achieve cellulite dissolving but the technique needs to be done consistently for a minimum of five months.

  • Avoid sensitive areas and anywhere the skin is broken such as areas of skin rash, wounds, cuts, and infections. Also, never brush an area affected by poison oak or poison ivy.
  • Finish up with your regular shower and ending with three hot and cold cycles. That means turning on the water as hot as you can take it for several seconds, then as cold as you can handle it, then hot, then cold for three cycles. End with either hot or cold. This will further invigorate the skin and stimulate blood circulation, bringing more blood to the outer layers of the skin.
  • After getting out of the shower, dry off vigorously and massage your skin with pure plant oils such as olive, avocado, apricot, almond, sesame, coconut or cocoa butter. Add a little peanut and Castor oil to the mix if you have arthritis. Edgar Cayce says this works to take out some of the pain, and I have found that to be true over the years with what clients have shared.
  • Clean your skin brush using soap and water once a week. After rinsing, dry your skin brush in an open, sunny spot to prevent mildew.
  • Any well-designed program will take about 30 days to see and experience the changes. Please be patient and keep up the program! For a thorough lymphatic cleansing, perform skin brushing daily for a minimum of three months.
  • Coconut oil rubs on the skin about once a week is ideal for your skin after a shower. You may also do coconut oil on your skin 20 minutes before you shower once or twice a week for moisturizing retention and added skin benefits of antibacterial, antiviral, and protective nature of organic coconut oil after you dry brush!

  1. Hold the brush in your left armpit with your right hand and rotate it counter clockwise
  2. Repeat on your right armpit with your left hand.
  3. Brush upward from your upper right thigh to your right armpit.   (Repeat process on your left side. Women may need to hold their breast out of the way with their free hand.)
  4. Brush your spine from tailbone up as high as you can reach holding the brush with two hands or with the detachable wooden handle.
  5. Finish your lower back by stroking it around toward your sides.
  6. Hold the brush in the right groin with both hands and rotate it
  7. Repeat with the left groin.
  8. Brush from right knee to right hip
  9. Work all the way around your leg continuing to brush upwards (towards the heart).
  10. Brush up from right ankle to right knee and work all the way around your leg, brushing up towards your heart.
  11. Brush around your right ankle.
  12. Brush back and forth over the top of your right foot from toes to ankle.
  13. Brush across your right toes on top and underneath
  14. Brush the bottom of your right foot heel to toe
  15. Now do the same with for the left foot, leg and thigh.
  16. Brush upward from right elbow to your armpit and shoulder
  17. Brush from your right wrist to the elbow in the same manner
  18. Repeat steps on your left arm.
  19. Lightly brush the webbing (or junction) between your left thumb and index or pointer finger on the palm side, then on the non-palm side.

After brushing, take a hot shower with soap (about three minutes in duration), followed by a 10-20 second cold rinse. If the hot/cold showers are too extreme, a warm shower can be used. Follow the shower with a rubdown with either a sponge or towel to remove dead skin.
