    Begin now by reminding yourself that everything, emotions, energy, all feelings will pass. This guided meditation it’s just for a few minutes, and your body needs a break.

    Know that when your body relaxes it can heal itself, so you need to make the conscious effort to breathe with your thoughts, listen with your whole body. Feel this!

  • Become your breathing. Feel the air coming into your body, and feel your chest relaxing, expanding, and letting go.
