Hello this note is about your habits versus your identity.
You are so beautiful that you are willing to change so much about yourself for another you love.
You when you are open -expanded -flexible, trying on new ideas, you are love – like a verb! Loving!
How do you know when a choice in transforming yourself will lead to a longer healthier life or lead to disease?
Yes, think about the choices you are making -for someone else’s happiness. Not all of them will extend your life. Knowing which ones could shorten it is really important!
What choices are going to cause you to extend your life and which will cause you to go into apoptosis in the parts of your body that matter most in extending your life.
What is apoptosis and what is its purpose?
(A-pop-TOH-sis) A type of cell death in which a series of molecular steps in a cell lead to its death. This is one method the body uses to get rid of unneeded or abnormal cells.
Apoptosis when properly functioning avoids cancer. When not functioning correctly leads to cancer, autoimmune diseases, and many chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, depression, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, and osteoporosis.
“Modern medicine for all of its advances knows less than 10 percent of what your body knows instinctively!” Deepak Chopra
Instinctively, you know so much! And sometimes you must create yourself to be different than when you imagined! Yes.especially in relationships! It is necessary in every successful relationship to be a yes to some things and a concrete no to others.
For you, our community, for your future generations:
“You may give them your love but not your thoughts for they have their own thoughts. You may house their bodies but not their souls, for their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow which you cannot visit, not even in your dreams” Khahil Gibran!
You Soul, your love- energy is all you can truly give, receive or witness from another and truly offer to any relationship you are part of!
Every month near the end – We create a field. Akin to the famous words by Rumi: “Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I’ll meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass, the world is too full to talk about. Ideas, language, even the phrase each other doesn’t make any sense.”
In this field, anything out of balance becomes available for you to see, experience and bring into alignment!
Thank you for coming to this field Rumi described and allowing yourself to remake yourself for your best life.
This may be the first time you are reading about what happens at the Miracle Makers Academy meeting or you have intuitively led yourself into this community because you want to feel beyond what modern medicine knows. You are intuitively guided.
Intuitively, you may have made room inside your heart for each relationship that was important to you.
You may or may not have understood where you were trading off your health -compromising a vital part of yourself.
Compromise. Does deepening your love means learning to loosen your grip and be flexible? Yes.
How do you know when not to compromise?
During those intimate times “on the field” with another you began learning what you could put up for negotiation and what you cannot.
Monthly meetings near the end of the month, you’ll learn secrets and you will know specifically how to keep being flexible and when to be steadfast to your values!
For example, when a business partner tells you not to use a font because it reminds him of his frumpy tenth-grade teacher whom he thought was not sophisticated, sure you change the font. It’s only a font. Here the negative association is so strong for him, it’s kindness to be sensitive and allow laughter in the situation.
But what if he says he doesn’t support your vocation or your values? Apparently, that tenth-grade teacher had a similar font choice to you and believed in your vocation/values. You already laughed about the font, would you change what fulfills you to be one with your business partner’s preference?
I hope not. Because the font is something you choose.
A font choice is a habit.
A vocation, your values are a calling that is a core identity.
Habit versus identity.
When it comes to matters of habit, -here at miracle makers academy we mean:
The word habit means both “clothing” and “something that a person does often in a regular and repeated way.”
Habit means clothing, in fact, it is the oldest meaning of habit in English, one that is preserved today only in “nun’s habit” or “monk’s habit” and “riding habit” (clothes worn for horseback riding).
Habit also means “a usual way of behaving : something that a person does often in a regular and repeated way.”
If your pastimes or preferences or font choices are different from your partner, you can modify them. If you’re a Saints fan, you can learn to also become a Rams fan too. If you insist on playing your dance music, you can wear your headphones too.If your business partner can only eat food prepared on the same day on their plate, they can, over time, develop a taste for last night’s leftover pizza too. These are superficial habits, you can take off the old robes, habits and just try a new way.Yet when it comes to your identity— your core values, who you are becoming now, your calling – your vocation—there can be no middle ground. If you deny yourself there, deny your own song, you create a dysfunctional relationship with your body.
Dis-ease – “The mass of men lead lives of quiet desperation, and go to the grave with the song still in them.” The above quote comes from the classic book “Walden” written by Henry David Thoreau and speaks to you about your vocation, values, and calling. Your true identity.
Soon -You have the opportunity to learn more about your true identity and any dis-ease of the mind, spirit, or of your senses.
You also have the opportunity to participate to help you.

{Thanks David Wolfe for your post on the date we celebrated Rob Moses birthday and life (April 25th) that inspired the poem “Train” for Mr. Rob Moses
THE TRAIN – At birth we boarded the train and met our parents, and we believe they will always travel by our side. As time goes by, other people will board the train; and they will be significant i.e. our siblings, friends, children, and even the love of your life. However, at some station our parents will step down from the train, leaving us on this journey alone. Others will step down over time and leave a permanent vacuum. Some, however, will go so unnoticed that we don’t realize they vacated their seats. This train ride will be full of joy, sorrow, fantasy, expectations, hellos, goodbyes, and farewells. Success consists of having a good relationship with all passengers requiring that we give the best of ourselves.
The mystery to everyone is: We do not know at which station we ourselves will step down. So, we must live in the best way, love, forgive, and offer the best of who we} are. It is important to do this because when the time comes for us to step down and leave our seat empty we should leave behind beautiful memories for those who will continue to travel on the train of life.
I wish you all a joyful journey ~}
We are celebrating your family that is with the Ancestors and Mr. Rob Moses

Sifu Rob Moses
Sifu Rob Moses began training with Sifu Kam Yuen in 1976 when he was 17 years old. He became certified in Northern Shaolin / Tai Chi Praying Mantis in the early 1980s by Sifu Kam Yuen.
Sifu Rob Moses founded Tai Shan Mantis after he became certified in Northern Shaolin / Tai Chi Praying Mantis. The Tai Shan Mantis System is independent from the Northern Shaolin / Tai Chi Praying Mantis System.
Tai Shan Mantis is a complete martial system, which incorporates both traditional and neo-classical Kung Fu. Its purpose is to illuminate living concepts.
One expression of Tai Shan Mantis is the 9 Psalms Praying Mantis Kung Fu system created by Sifu Moses. These 9 concepts promote flexible movement and thinking, expand the Spirit, and offer a genuine artisitic release for all practitioners, resulting in positive health and attitude. It allows one to master oneself, while achieving better health, fitness and self-defense abilities. Its expressions take you on a journey of circles, figure-eights, spirals, straight lines, ellipses, and more. They include all the traditional elements of a martial art: kicks, punches, throws and locks.
The four unique and basic stipulations for the practice are: Seek the truth in your training, help others and do not be selfish, strive to be free-thinking and do not limit your imagination. It’s time to make brighter choices and seek the love consciousness. Tai Shan Mantis offers a joyful approach to work worth doing.
