Daily light the white candle burning while they are with you.

Make sure to put it out when you are not at home and re-light it when you return; just bless it again.

The Angels stay with you for five days. They are everywhere “traveling” from dimension to dimension for two days! They are with Everyone one and everything – they are mysterious and they let us know what they are doing for us!

We are the wash-maidens of earth and gladly serve in the role of mother/father who loves you unconditionally and will clean your house out of love. We also specialize in cleaning out and cleansing emotional debris. Bringing out your material to the light of day for your review is also part of our service.

So relax and enjoy our stay. Be humble in your expectations. We never do flashy displays of power for we prefer to blend into the woodwork and provide grace from afar. We never leave your house and stay there when you leave. We hold the intention to help you wherever you are throughout the day but never actually leave your house.  

In summary, we come to people’s homes to let grace have a face, a presence, and an opportunity. We love co-creating the world you want to create. The energy of your desires and needs comes from you, but we often provide the horsepower to give you the edge energetically to make it happen with more ease and grace. Setting the Table: Consider this a guide line to create your own ceremony!

You can begin on today after sundown in keeping with Elemental tradition.

This blessing is used to bring good fortune, health, as well as adding an extra 10 years to ones lifespan.

Your purpose in using this is to prepare yourself by raising your vibration with the Blessing of the Shekinah in your heart,

These are the things you will need.

Two stick candles

Label One Shekinah flame and the other Metatron flame.

Gather Metal ~ Gold ~ Silver ~ Crystal Jewelry
To put on the table between the candles!

One white cotton cloth large enough to place on your head and cover your eyes.

You also need:

Two loaves (slices) of bread, olive oil or butter and some grated Parmesan (vegan or nonvegan) cheese.

This night you will have bread.

Begin after you have gathered the supplies!

You say the Seven Names of Gods

Say the Seven Names of God as you light the candles.

This will clear and clean the space.

You may say: Sri Rom, Elohim, Buddha, Yahweh, Ahura Mazda, Allah, El Shaddai

You may feel other names!

It is important for you to have a direct relationship with what you consider your SOURCE!



You may say 7 such as: LOVE, HIGHER POWER, JESUS, MOTHER MARY, ALLAH, UNIVERSE, NATURE

Or You may Choose: God of Israel, Buddha, Arc Angel Metatron, etc……

The votive candles on the table. This represents the masculine and feminine and aspects of God.

Place the bread and olive oil or butter to the left of the table.

The candles are to be lit by the woman of the household. If there is no woman, say “Yad Hey Shekinah” and then the youngest among you – lights the candle.

Step 1:
Female can cover her head with a scarf first.
If a woman is not available to do the lighting, a man with his head uncovered will be fine.

Step 2:
after lighting, waves both hands over the candles symbolically pulling the light and the smoke in towards your face, welcoming in the Heaven on Earth.

May the Shekinah bless and keep us enfolded in your compassion and unconditional love for all time.

Feel these words: Om Shekinah Om, Om Shekinah Om. Amen.

The hands are then removed from the eyes, and then you look at the candles, completing the ritual of lighting the candles.

Then we will say:

“Dear Heavenly Mother, Father,  Love ~Blessed and praised are you.

say “Shekinah”, or say “The Pure Receiving Energy’

The Queen of all of the Heavens And of all of the Earth. 

You who sanctified us by the Holy Nature of ALL THAT IS,

Step 3

The loaves or slices of bread should be uncut and heated at first, then covered with a towel or napkin to keep them warm.

Before a bite of food enters your mouth, say this grace before eating.

“As a child of God of Love I bless the food that it enriches my body and nourish my soul. Amen.”

You embody “joyful peace”  Your body is filled with peace and “coziness” is your reward for invoking this blessing.

Focus on Archangel Metatron CANDLE LIGHTING MEANS

Archangel Metatron is also known as the Angel of Ascension.

He facilitates incarnate humans from experiencing the highest vibrations possible.

He is also known as the Archangel who watches over indigo and crystal souls, and sensitive children in general, helping them channel their sensitivities for good and without fear.

(He is one of only two Archangels – the other being Archangel Sandalphon – who is thought to have had a human incarnation on earth, as the Biblical prophet and scribe, Enoch.)

(This association with writing and wisdom means that he can be a great ally for writers, especially those seeking to spread, clarify and present spiritual truths. The meaning of his name is disputed between mystics, though of all those I have read the one I feel resonates best is “He who works from behind the Throne” (of God).

This fits with his status as the Archangel who can bring humankind to the highest possible vibration.

Synchronicity Setting the Table

Archangel Metatron

Archangel Metatron is associated with the Kabbala, the Tree of Life, and sacred geometric shapes – “Metatron cube” or, as I prefer, “Metatron star” aka– the 3D Merkaba or Star of David, otherwise known as the ascension vehicle.

Healing is sent in the form of the vibration of these sacred geometric shapes entering your system at your crown chakra and flowing through all chakras for perfect balance. 

When you ask Metatron for his healing or to raise your spiritual vibration, this is what he will essentially do, so it can help to visualize a shape you resonate with traveling through your chakras, but is not essential. You can ask for the healing of one chakra or all chakras.

Dimensions open to you!

Remember you have chakras beyond the seven basic ones we know the most about – the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown –also others including the sphere, pyramid, and 3D heart and cross forms.

Step 5:

The bread slices are dipped in a type of a marinade, a combination of Parmesan cheese mixed with olive oil.

Pour out a small pile of the
Parmesan cheese onto a small plate and then cover it with some virgin olive oil and simply mix the two together with a fork.

Each person dips – or just you dip your warmed bread slices into this marinade for a delightful taste.

Should you try this marinade and find it not to your liking, you can simply substitute it with butter applied to the warm bread.

You become your wings spread throughout the days of June 20th to 23rd.

You feel “Golden Sun of LOVE Angel” and “Wing of Pathiel”.

Pathiel means “Heaven’s opener”.

You struggle on purpose to remake yourself! You become by your own struggle the person you are meant to be!

BENEFITS OF STRUGGLING

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day a small opening appeared, he sat
and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body
through that little hole.

Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as
far as it could and it could go no farther. Then the man decided to help the
butterfly, so he took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of
the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily.

But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man continued to
watch the butterfly because he expected that, at any moment, the wings would
enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time.

Neither happened!

In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a
swollen body and shriveled wings.

It never was able to fly.

What is the lesson?

Many well-meaning people can cause you more harm than good!

What the man in his kindness and haste did not understand was that the
restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through
the tiny opening was God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the
butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved
its freedom from the cocoon.

Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If God allowed us
to go through our life without any obstacles, it would cripple us.

You would
not be as strong as what you could be.

And you could never fly.
Purposeful Struggling gets you to soar in the area of your choosing!

The Day out of time is the culmination of the 13 Moon Calendar year originated from the Mayan science of time.

On the day Sirius (the dog star) rises with the sun.

It’s sometimes called the Dog Star because it’s part of the constellation Canis Major the Greater Dog. Sirius might also be called the New Year’s star.

This day is observed as a day free of time in the 13 Moon Calendar. It is a day of reverence and cultural appreciation for the concept ‘Time is Art.’ This ‘free day’ is the closing of a 13×28=364 day year.

The Day Out of Time re-aligns the 13 Moon calendar to the solar year and re-aligns humanity into renewed appreciation for our inherent divinity and connection to nature.

The 13 Moon Calendar is a Solar, Lunar, Galactic calendar that measures time from a 4th dimensional quantitative and qualitative perspective, revealing the synchronic and cyclical nature of time.

The 13 Moon calendar is comprised of thirteen 28 day months, just as there are 13 lunations in a solar year.

This calendar respects the feminine aspects of nature and integrates them in the reckoning of time. The 13 Moon Calendar also seamlessly functions with the Sacred 260 Day Count of the Maya and other Mesoamerican peoples through the ratio of 13:20. 13×20= 260 Days, which is the average length of a human gestation period.


Time is Art. This is a calendar of vision that attunes and aligns us with our environment.

In the book “The Mayan Oracle – Return Path to the Stars”, by Ariel Spilsbury & Michael Bryner, there is a passage we would like to underline:

Your body is the present focus of your consciousness – through it all gifts are received. Believe in yourself and your dreams and visions! Remember your special gifts, your path of service on Earth, your promise to serve the light. Everything you are connects to the greater whole. You are starseed!

The Gregorian Calendar is a political calendar of taxation and war derived from Babylonian timekeeping, and instated by the Vatican as a correction to the Julian calendar, which failed to account adequately for the solar year. The Gregorian too, fails to equal the mathematical superiority of the Mayan timekeepers in regards to its accuracy, but even worse, it regards time as linear like itÕs predecessor.

Its measure is based on the 12:60 ratio, which measures time as space and eliminates the integration of the 13 moons with the solar year.

Does what seems a harmless oversight, in fact, has a tremendous effect on the consciousness of humanity. Operating in an irregular and uneven shuffle of months, with no recognition of the symbols from which it is derived, time can only be viewed as limited.

The Day Out of Time is celebrated the world over by people of all cultures who recognize the importance of a natural reckoning of time. The activities and events on the Day Out of Time are mainly determined by the participants in their respective localities. The theme of the Day Out of Time, however, is universal.

To comprehend the way learning occurs in the brain, here’s a brief primer on its physiology. The brain acts as a dense network of fiber pathways consisting of approximately 100 billion (10¹⁰) neurons.  The brain consists of three principle parts – stem, cerebellum and cerebrum – as shown in Figure 1 below. Of the three, the cerebrum is most important in learning, since this is where higher-ordered functions like memory and reasoning occur.  Each area of the cerebrum specializes in a function – sight, hearing, speech, touch, short-term memory, long-term memory, language and reasoning abilities are the most important for learning.

A mirror neuron is a neuron that fires both when an animal acts and when the animal observes the same action performed by another.^[1][2][3] Thus, the neuron “mirrors” the behavior of the other, as though the observer were itself acting. Such neurons have been directly observed in human and primate species,^[4] and birds.^[5]

In humans, brain activity consistent with that of mirror neurons has been found in the premotor cortex, the supplementary motor area, the primary somatosensory cortex, and the inferior parietal cortex.^[6] The function of the mirror system in humans is a subject of much speculation. Birds have been shown to have imitative resonance behaviors and neurological evidence suggests the presence of some form of mirroring system.^[4][7]

To date, no widely accepted neural or computational models have been put forward to describe how mirror neuron activity supports cognitive functions.^[8][9][10] The subject of mirror neurons continues to generate intense debate. In 2014, Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society B published a special issue entirely devoted to mirror neuron research.^[11]

Some researchers in cognitive neuroscience and cognitive psychology consider that this system provides the physiological mechanism for the perception/action coupling (see the common coding theory).^[3] They argue that mirror neurons may be important for understanding the actions of other people, and for learning new skills by imitation. Some researchers speculate that mirror systems may simulate observed actions, and thus contribute to theory of mind skills,^[12][13] while others relate mirror neurons to language abilities.^[14] Neuroscientists such as Marco Iacoboni (UCLA) have argued that mirror neuron systems in the human brain help us understand the actions and intentions of other people. In a study published in March 2005 Iacoboni and his colleagues reported that mirror neurons could discern whether another person who was picking up a cup of tea planned to drink from it or clear it from the table.^[15] In addition, Iacoboni has argued that mirror neurons are the neural basis of the human capacity for emotions such as empathy.^[16]

There are scientists who express skepticism about the theories being advanced to explain the function of mirror neurons. In a 2013 article for Wired, Christian Jarrett cautioned that:

…mirror neurons are an exciting, intriguing discovery – but when you see them mentioned in the media, remember that most of the research on these cells has been conducted in monkeys. Remember too that there are many different types of mirror neuron. And that we’re still trying to establish for sure whether they exist in humans, and how they compare with the monkey versions. As for understanding the functional significance of these cells … don’t be fooled: that journey has only just begun.
