I am going to share my private diary entry –

I just want you to know -because you hearing this from me matters to me!

You may feel odd because I am about to share something private from my “Apple -iphone Notes”.

You may have heard me mention -“my diary” aka”Life Energy Update” aka”The adventures of the experiment!”

When you keep a diary you get a-“creative mind of your true nature” and/or you get to study your patterns!

Diaries, awarenss, and joy create -Miracles…Divine Grace… Divine Appointments

My life is one Miracle after another because I am willing to share with you and all that I meet –

Metamorphosis, Miracles, and Manifestation for the greatest good.

I made sure what I am about to share is okay to share because it involves 8 of us we call Team Larsen.

Through out the day, I write in my “notes” to study myself; to make me a better me for you, for everyone I encounter, so I discern energy accurately!

I like myself so much better when I can see amplify the best possible outcome for another!

At the end of every day, I ask… “Did I leave everything better than I found it?”

I am stalling a little because this is hard to do-

 My mantras- Thank you, thank you -yes all is miraculous -because it is – I am that I am! 

 With now and every past decision complete.

 And just like that… it was all over…the trip to California…the road I am so grateful I traveled…thejourney -becoming wife, mother and Wo- man because I married…and am now in a divorced status.

Wow… there is so much rawness still to unpack.

 The children that came through us…

Life longing for itself

Their world we cannot even visit

Not even in our dreams

the end of our “Road trip to California story”…

Nearly 16 and 18 years old!

Beginning of the next -what will I call this story?

It begins as co-parents, service to our expanding community, and with giving Thanks!

I was a single wife for many of those years- oh … wow …

We never quite meshed after lock down…

Wow..caring for those no longer with us…

I miss you so much!!! 

Thank you Angels for every breath-taking moment!   

My heart aches -oh – what we did for one another!

Oh what I did for him. For them.

Remember Sturgeons raise their kids till they are 20 years old.

What a gift we gave our kids… Community that watched them grow …

Cherished by the community! Thank you community -Angels- Guides –

 I could no longer choose him…and my heart….

Two separate things now. My heart would have stopped if I had to give myself to him.

My heart never wanted to lose him. My heart never wanted our kids to choose…they won’t have to -we continue in community!

Community won’t have to choose because we are all related through our kids!

For we grew one heart in Each of them with the Holy Spirit and all of the magic we could let in!

Thank you community!

Grateful…oh I got “The trip to California” -Oh I got to “Live the Dream” and “Hotel California” -oh sweet Summer – how we would sing that! …

I am most proud of never hiding anything and forgiving everything!  

What is you and what is me? Oh wow…the good times I will keep in my mind- and I know we will say the statement “Sometimes it is best to complete!”

G-d, our kids, our community chose us both. We did the best we could!

Wow everything left better especially each of the kids – 2 humans, 2 cats, 2 dogs!

Those stories of woe – I let them go again and again…I learned something each time! Thank you!

I am still learn…oh Thank you ..memories and thank goodness we invited a better way -divorce rather than needing death to do us part.

Really depending on my point of view- what really happens- what happened – I am grateful for every bit of it too! Over time it will all be clear!

The material I have for my comedy show -one woman act- I can’t make this stuff up….

Mom and Dad -I can’t wait to share it with you!

We let the vows go in love -No death necessary to write new vows to our children, community, and each other, consciously uncoupling!

As this “Road trip to Cali” story ends…I am so grateful to have mourned to be in morning- new – good mourning- good morning fresh start days! Tears-tears tear- rewire -tears rewire my brain! I am so strong in letting them fall as they may -today … You make my world so cool!

Every moment is a chance to be present! Every moment is a moment to make the next best choice.

Leave everything better than you found it! With Greg I certainly did! He is better and I am too -having children for me was a dream come true!

So my new life aka “NOW” is always beginning again! “You can never step in the same river twice!”

Feeling ready for every Earthlings emotion for this December’s full moon! Tonight it shines bright Wednesday…. Oh Wednesday…

Your “cold moon” will be at its fullest.

Tonight my heart gazed through my eyes. Thank you for I see your beauty -“long night moon”!

Thank you for the last full moon of this year on the Gregorian Calendar…you are so full as the solstice nears! Last full moon before yule, named after Yule… Oh what a feeling we generate on purpose for life! We will decorate every tree as we do at our northern European winter festival! 

Inside now our tree is decorated for Christmas! Candles to light -heavenly light to sit with as I type… Thank you thank you! 

Everything everything this time of year honors the light.. Oh brilliant light… within everything … with me…that creates light in the world!

What is more beautiful than a happily decorated tree!

I am not afraid…I do feel very very sad. I tried everything and I know I couldn’t have done any better by another human being!

Divorced, the light in me knows how to be …

Alive.

I will discover it -the new alive me – with every person I see!

Yay – so so grief- and your stages…

Fools fall in love and can only love more – never less than before!

Stages – Denial, Anger, and Bargaining are over -Acceptance – Acceptance and the big D- 

Not depression.  Decisions – Actions that serve! 

Will I always choose love with the open heart of a fool and wear

these crazy heels? Heels heal me -on my tippy tippy toes for how I can grow a better me in every moment!

Grief… flow through me- and reveal… the light within me that is already healed!

Please do it gently as I kneel. Beloved Providence – 

Life on purpose

Life with only a yes

Life with no complaints

Acceptance

Values

Committed Action

And

Love, love, love!

Accept what you want…

What you have… grateful for it all!

Thanks Mars for being just here and helping me close the open loop. On Thursday, you will be at your closest point to Earth in two years. How I feel you in the vastness of space just 38.6 million miles away at your closest approach. 

I hope to find you in the night sky tomorrow. Let me remember -You are in the best vibration for the human race in two years since Mars opposition in Oct 2020. Wow the changes we humans have made since you were this close!  Your symbol has changed – You have two symbols now because you are -we are everything is evolving!

Revolving Happy thoughts- Momma – Jazzy- Tyler – Summer – The sexual Wellness classes being dedicated to woman in every part of the world where children and families are drowning in sorrow.  Dear Mahsa Amini we are here for you. Your death at 22-year-old has broken every mans open. Every sister -woman, mother, child will learn to dance with with themselves in wellness so your story – Joan of Arc – Thank you – with love!  Iran used to be called the Paris of the world…Heaven on Earth we will build oh the reconstruction of Ukraine, Pakistan, Peru, India, Asia… the heart of US too!

Before I tell you about that picture of an Angel that “asked me” to take its picture in Sicily.

Will you consider You popped in like an angel coming into existence in this reality?  Some people were able to see you.  Others were not willing.  Those that would not see you really missed out.  You are magical! The indigenous everywhere consider you a miracle.  Who are you -who you are for them and me is advanced technology and science is only beginning to discover all that is possible in the world because you exist in Human form right now!

Now about that picture of an Angel that “asked me” –

I believe it wanted you, Cheryl Herbst, Connie Costa, and everyone one of us that sees this picture to know it exists and believe 100%.

I put the words “asked me” into quotes because 100% knowing something is hard to describe in words.

When Angels “talk” to me I hear them in your knowing – small still voice within.

You may “Hear” them differently.

You can “see”, “feel”, “be touched”, “hear” and “experience” Angels wherever you are.
The Angel that “posed” for the picture was a lovely presence for me in all of my senses.

How did that picture and moment come into existence?

Sitting in hours of stopped traffic, I saw thousands of Angels that afternoon and this one said to me, “take a picture”.

Cheryl, Connie, and I, on Retreat in Italy, on this day, we were going from one part of the Island of Sicily to another on a luxury bus.

The day began with a great breakfast in one part of Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea and one of the 20 regions of Italy. A spiritual adventure seamlessly brought together by Connie’s expert retreat planning was taking us on a day trip to our next location.

I encountered St. Francis of Asis, Read Leo Buscalia to the Mediterranean, ate food grown in the riches of soil. Spiritual destinations, Miracles, beauty, food, Joy, Magnificence. Prayers and stories to share with you when time allows. Deep meaningful friendships plus a deep sense of belonging to something greater. Timelessness.

Half way through our sanctum now a bus ride to rest and integrate the upgrades into our way of being in the world.

We were driving along until we came to a dead stop.

We passengers all stayed mostly in our seats – Luxury -comfort and looking out the window.

Chatter, sleeping people – One hour then second hour..stillness 

A few people moved about on that bus with us…calm, patient, filled with timeless love, compassion, and awe.

I began snapping pictures. I take about 5

when Cheryl said, “what are you taking a picture of?” 

And I show her. What you see above:

Several images on the ipad. An orb like light, then another larger version, then the picture you see. It was a magical moment.

On that retreat Cheryl and I experienced holy synchronicities, candles that went from blown out laying down on their side to standing up and dancing as we prayed in the glorious churches.

Paintings larger than life lit up – and Angels showed up on camera like it did that afternoon.

This unexpected delay in our journey -was welcome!

“Is that an Angel?” she said.

“Yes”. I replied.

What does it want? Cheryl, a student of The Course in Miracles, said with ease on her face. 
Traveling with each other, we had co-created those moments on this journey and 

collecting our thoughts, memories, and magical moments was amazing.

We weren’t moving in traffic.  We were dead stopped for what seemed like hours. 

“Why is it here?” she continued.

I answered.

“To comfort us.”

“There are thousands of them.”

I saw the hill, it was lit with Angels flowing!

Like moving rainbows of dancing light crystals or orbs that expand. 

“Why?” Cheryl continued.

The angel answered and I spoke the answer, “There are two maybe three souls passing?”

“Can you see them?” Cheryl or Connie asked.

“Yes -thousands of Angels . So beautiful!”
“To take those that are leaving?” One asked?

“They are here to comfort us”, I spoke gently, as Connie translated, into Italian as a small group had formed around us.

I continued, “those  of us upset by this.”

Others were listening to understand what was happening and seeing the picture!

We didn’t know it when the Angel was informing us about the accident that brought traffic to a stand still.  Later, we learned

ahead of us in traffic people were witnessing upset people and all over prayer was happening because people had driven off the Hillside.

And the Italians that often drove this road knew it meant a fatal accident for traffic to be stopped for so long.

The dominant emotion of that country side that day was compassion, sympathy, and deep prayers were happening in every car, bus, truck along that stretch of curvy Italian road! Whatever it was that caused the accident was happening and Angels were showing up to comfort the living.

What we later learned is that there was an accident and two young men in one car drove off the mountain on their way to watch a football match and 2 people (plus more later) saw the accident and were trying to rescue them. Two souls returned to Divine Providence that afternoon and a third was in critical condition.

We prayed for them on this amazing retreat! And felt so grateful for the Angels, especially the one in our amazing photo!

Can you “see” Angels or your loved ones with Divine Providence?  Could you consider, Angels, Ghosts, and those that passed wish you could see them too!

Those who describe themselves as believers—but who don’t attend church regularly—are twice as likely to believe in ghosts than nonbelievers or the deeply devout. With most religions populated by an impressive collection of gods, demons, spirits, and angels, your religious faith determines whom you think you’re meeting and whether the visitor from the spirit world is a welcome or unwelcome guest.

Seeing ghosts is sometimes rooted in brain chemistry. Experimental work by neuroscientists reveals that a disruption of communication between different lobes of the brain may be responsible for the ghostly hallucinations of Parkinson’s Disease patients, and these researchers have successfully triggered experiences of apparitions by stimulating the relevant brain regions.

From my near death experiences I know you will be reunited with your loved ones that have returned to Oneness.

Why creativity is your most important and unique asset

Here’s what I’ve learned about creativity from the world of wholehearted living and loving:

1. “I’m not very creative” doesn’t work. There’s no such thing as creative people and non-creative people. There are only people who use their creativity and people who don’t. Unused creativity isn’t benign. It lives within us until it’s expressed, neglected to death, or suffocated by resentment and fear.

2. The only unique contribution that we will ever make in this world will be born of our creativity.

3. If we want to make meaning, we need to make art. Cook, write, draw, doodle, paint, scrapbook, take pictures, collage, knit, rebuild an engine, sculpt, dance, decorate, act, sing – it doesn’t matter. As long as we’re creating, we’re cultivating meaning.

Creativity is defined as “the use of imagination or original ideas to create something; inventiveness.”

Einstein said:

“I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world.”

A question that sometimes drives me hazy—am I or are the others crazy?”

“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existence.”

Curiosity comes from the latin word:
Curiosity (from Latin “careful, diligent, curious”, akin to cura “care”) is a quality related to inquisitive thinking such as exploration, investigation, and learning, evident by observation in humans and other animals.

Creativity comes from the latin word “cre”, which means “to create, make”.

When NASA asked Dr. George Land to take this definition of creativity and develop a test to understand how creative NASA engineers were. He took it a step further, and he gave the same test to 1,600 children between the ages of 4–5.

Nasa wanted to place the most creative engineers on the hardest projects. After proving successful at the original goal.
To everyone’s surprise, 98% of children in the original study were listed at or above “creative genius” level.

Remember, creativity broadly defined is about using imagination to create something new, which in this case could be applied equally to rocket scientists and 5 year old children.

Same kids were tested at age 10, Dr. Land tested the same children, only 30% tested as high.

Then again at age 15, Dr. land tested the children, now only 12% remained creative geniuses.

Finally, only 2% were categorized as creative geniuses as adults, when Dr. Land tested one final time.

Nic Cage, famous for having eccentric taste, bought a house on 2523 Prytania Street and still owns a tomb in their famous cemeraties!
