I choose life and to be healed of breast cancer rather than “death do us part”.
Many years ago I took a vow that was inconsistent with the life force within me now.

I love Higher Power, the people around me and making promises I can keep.

Being married I promised my mom, my whole family witnessed me getting married, and G-d I promised!

Then I learned of rituals of divorce. Divorce is considered a commandment or good deed.

Wow, I could feel great and I felt Higher Power showed me these ideas, traditions, and possibilities so I could self heal from what I choose to allow to”kill me” to keep my promises.

I wrote this from my heart to yours:

“I have been trying to figure out how to tell you something

I want you to hear from me because I want my love (Heart Energy)

to help open the field of all possibilities for every person I meet!

I am now a divorced woman that wants to make sure our friends know
I am loyal to my friend Greg- the father of my children.

If you can only choose one person to
be loyal to in our uncoupled state.
I hope you will choose him.
Because to choose me is to also choose him.

I believe in being loyal to him as half his DNA is alive in our kids.

I know when you go far enough back in time-space we are all family & when you go far enough forward in time-space -again we are family!

Also I am loyal to all that have shared their wellness journey with me because I took another vow or oath that dictates my obligations as a physician or a student of the art of medicine.

I have the duties of pupil to teacher. In the oath I pledged to prescribe only beneficial treatments, according to my abilities and judgment; to refrain from causing harm or hurt; and to live an exemplary personal and professional life.

What I mean by that is that I took the hippocratic oath in 1995. “Above all else do no harm!” and privacy/confidentiality part means I will enter each house I visit for the sole purpose of healing the sick. I will not engage in harmful behavior, corruption, or the seduction of any person, regardless of their social or economic status.

All information I acquire, whether through my professional practice or not, that should remain private will be kept confidential.

As long as I uphold this oath, may I be respected and successful in my practice. If I break this oath, may the opposite be true.

I am explaining this for you so you can understand your own journey and relationship to loyalty!

I know I embarked on a healing Journey in 2003 when I met Greg and a small still voice, I call “Higher Power” or “I Am presence” said, “Hang out with this one!”

When Higher Power, vows, and oath direct me how can I go wrong?

I do no harm and keep privacy of all matters as my highest priority.

I am going to share my private diary entry –
The father of my children recently said,
“One of the things I love about you most is your
transparency!”

I choose to share my stories, challenges, and discoveries with you so
you may stand on my shoulders and get the hoghesst vantage point
possible.
It is a way of being taught to me by my grandparents and parents.
Dadabu learned from Gandhi and was in the Army fighting Hitler and creating a
peaceful movement for clinging to the truth. Satyagraha is
Gandhi’s word for that peaceful movement.

Satyagraha means clinging to truth, holding fast to truth, insistence on truth, or firm adherence to truth; come what may. Gandhiji described Satyagraha as “firmness in a good cause” in Indian opinion. In Young India, he pointed out that Satyagraha was just a new name for “the law of self-regulating” or “Non-reactive!”

My diary entries are many things.

Thank you, Hippocratic Oath in Manipal, India. Wow I was part of an International Students program at Kastuba Medical College created respect for patient privacy and confidentiality.

I then took responsibility for myself and every person I met to be on a healing journey with me. My life is my message, (as Gandhi taught) so keeping confidentiality is beyond a professional responsibility when I became a physician.

I remember the oath Hippocrates, our ancient Greek teacher created for posterity! Yes, I pledged to respect confidentiality with these words: “What I may see or hear in the course of the treatment or even outside of the treatment in regard to the life of men (women, and them) which on no account one must spread abroad, I will keep to myself, holding such things shameful to be spoken about.”

Shameful. I felt divorcing was shameful for me because I had promised, “I Am” presence, my Mom, and so many in my community to never divorce Greg. Until I learned it was a “Blessing!” Greg finally agreed and is now very inspired by “Following his North Wind!

I feel blessed to be divorced and choose to create new ways! Where to be loyal to me is to be loyal to all that I am so grateful I choose and chooses me/we!

that was so nervous and excited to be truly known.

Does your life seem like mine -Miracles…Divine Grace… Divine Appointments?

Maybe this share will help you find one Miracle after another because I am
willing to share with you and all that I meet –
Metamorphosis, Miracles and Manifestation for the greatest good.

I made sure what I am about to share is okay to share because it involves 8 of us we call Team Larsen.

Through out the day, I write in my “notes” to study myself; to make me a better me for you, for everyone I encounter, so I discern energy accurately! I especially make me a better me for me to trust Higher Power even more!

I like myself so much better when I can see and amplify the best possible outcome for another! I want this because I “know” the golden rule is the most important “rule” from all of my near death experiences!

In my near death experiences I understood deep spiritual concepts
and began searching in every book
in every waking breathe a way to share it with my loved ones.

And just like that… it was all over…the trip to California…the road I am so grateful I traveled…the journey -becoming wife, mother and Wo- man because I married…and am now in a divorced status.

Wow… there is so much rawness still to unpack.

The children that came through us…

Not even in our dreams

Nearly 16 and 18 years old!

Beginning of the next -what will I call this story?

It begins as co-parents, service to our expanding community, and with giving Thanks!

I was a single wife for many of those years- oh … wow …
We never quite meshed after lock down…

Wow.. Caring for those no longer with us…
I miss you so much!!!

My heart aches -oh – what we did for one another!

Remember Sturgeons raise their kids till they are 20 years old.

I could no longer choose him…and my heart….

Two separate things now. My heart would have stopped if I had to give myself to him.

My heart never wanted to lose him. My heart never wanted our kids to choose…

they won’t have to -we continue in community!

Community won’t have to choose because we are all related through our kids!

For we grew one heart in Each of them with the Holy Spirit and all of the magic we could let in!

Grateful…oh I got “The trip to California” -Oh I got to “Live the Dream” and “Hotel California” -oh sweet Summer – how we would sing that! …

I am most proud of never hiding anything and forgiving everything!

G-d, our kids, our community choose us both. We did the best we could!

Those stories of woe – I let them go again and again…I learned something each time! Thank you!
I am still learn…oh Thank you ..memories and thank goodness we invited a better way -divorce rather than needing death to do us part.

Really depending on my point of view- what really happens-
what happened – I am grateful for every bit of it too! Over time it will all be clear!
The material I have for my comedy show -one woman act- I can’t make this stuff up….
Mom and Dad -I can’t wait to share it with you!

We let the vows go in love -No death necessary to write new vows to our children, community, and each other, consciously uncoupling!

As this “Road trip to Cali” story ends…I am so grateful to have mourned to be in morning- new – good mourning- good morning fresh start days! Tears-tears tear- rewire -tears rewire my brain! I am so strong in letting them fall as they may -today … You make my world so cool!

Every moment is a chance to be present! Every moment is a moment to make the next best choice.

Leave everything better than you found it! With Greg I certainly did! He is better and I am too -having children for me was a dream come true!

So my new life aka “NOW” is always beginning again! “You can never step in the same river twice!”

Feeling ready for every Earthlings emotion

Your “cold moon” will be at its fullest.

Tonight my heart gazed through my eyes. Thank you for I see your beauty -“long night moon”!

I am not afraid….

I tried everything and I know I couldn’t have done any better by another human being!

Divorced, the light in me knows how to be …

Alive.

I will discover it -the new alive me – with every person I see!

Yay – so so grief- and your stages…

Fools fall in love
Those that choose to -they fall in love and can only love more – never less than before!

Stages – Denial, Anger, and Bargaining are over -Acceptance – Acceptance and the big D- 

Not depression.  Decisions – Actions that serve! 

Will I always choose love with the open heart of a fool and wear

these crazy heels? Heels heal me -on my tippy tippy toes for how I can grow a better me in every moment!

Grief… flow through me- and reveal… the light within me that is already healed!

Please do it gently as I kneel. Beloved Providence – 

Life on purpose

Acceptance

Values

Committed Action

And

Love, love, love!

Have you over come breast cancer twice in this lifetime?
Did you need to have a “fertility make over” in order to have two kids? (Two incredible kids)
Did you battle body dismorphia, bulimia, pullimg your hair out. Peeling your skin, or other disorder similar to cutting?
Were you bullied in Childhood?
Did you have to teach yourself how to talk to the opposite sex and fill out your own college placement papers?
Did you have numerous Near Death Experiences at the hands of “loving” family?
Did you have PTSD and heal it to co,plete your education, parenting responisibilities and duty to provide for others and yourself?
Are you ready to release generational trauma to create generational joy?
I have personally with the help of higher power “healed” myself.
I have also learned every modality necessary for my clients to heal themselves!
The list is extensive and I dedicate page to all those that are suffering with any dis-ease!.
I choose life and to be healed of all disease rather than
“death do us part” or dying by accident. My healer grandparents and great grandparents told us the day they were going to leave their physical vessel and prepared me before they left.
They choose to leave their body on a particular day, they forewarned us all several months in advance and “expired” their body on that day with absolute certainty!

You -will you please remember them and your own grandparents always!
I know that no matter how difficult your early life was you can remake every relationship you have because I have with every single person!
