Egypt, Israel finish peace treaty, March 26, 1979

On this day in 1979, Egypt and Israel, after having fought four wars since 1948, concluded a formal peace treaty. It was signed by Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin and witnessed by President Jimmy Carter at a ceremony on the South Lawn of the White House.

Sadat and Begin were jointly awarded the 1978 Nobel Peace Prize for their efforts even as the Arab League suspended Egypt from membership in the Arab League until 1989.

The peace process nevertheless continued leading in 1982 to the establishment of full diplomatic relations between the two former adversaries. That step made Egypt and many other Arab states to officially recognize Israel.

Egyptians LOVE peace, visitors of all nations, and love Americans!

The Egyptians I know are some of the most honorable people. I would love to help you connect with Quest Travel in Egypt!

I believe Mohamed Nazmy, founder of Quest Travels, has done more for spiritual travel in Egypt than perhaps any other man. He counts Marianne Williamson, Greg Braden,  and Graham Hancock among his many luminary friends.

Visiting Egypt for you could be, you “becoming connected” in the “infinite spiritual world”!

Conscious traveling  can be steeped in traditions that help humanity understand themselves!

When approached with a clear intention, every moment of this trip will offer treasures and opportunity for transformation, growth, and sacred communion!

Before practical logistics, above all, we encourage you to travel with an open mind and open heart.

The cultural differences that you will experience are part of the adventure. Our guides and friends all speak English and love learning about you and your culture!

Part of this experience is to make you aware of when challenges come up how do you co-create reality?

This is also true for any difficulties or challenges that emerge. As much as possible, approach every circumstance as a part of your journey.

You will find the Egyptian people incredibly welcoming and eager to help make your journey everything you have hoped for. We encourage you to embrace their open hearts and the exuberant quality of Egyptian life.

The more you can smile and relax, the more you can receive.

The more receptive you are, the more you will feel comfortable and at home as you move through your trip.

The following practical details will help with your planning and preparations.

Questions about my Travel Arrangements from my home?

Dec 26th and Dec 27 day are travel days to get to Cairo!

If you are flying to Cairo on Egypt Air from anywhere in the world.

In all international travel please allow enough time (at least 3 hours recommended) to get to the Egypt Air terminal at your local airport.

Arriving in Egypt:

When you arrive in Egypt, our Quest Travel agent will greet you at the gate, and most often they are able to arrange for your visa.  If they are not, be assured there are so many friendly people to assist you through customs! It is a very secure area!  A Quest Travel representative will be there as close as possible to your arrival to help you with your bags and tranport you to the Mena House Hotel.

The whole process is very smooth and welcoming. Hatem (in the blue hat to the far left) has met many guest at the airport! He speaks perfect English and will have a picture of you from your passport! Hatem or an equally wonderful Quest Tour representative will be at the airport to meet you!

Sunrise at The Great Sphinx of Giza

On your return home, when you’re ready to leave we will arrange for transportation back to the airport. Your last day in Cairo is Jan 9th.  If you are from the UNited States, you will most likely arrive home on Jan 9th as you “Gain time” on your return!

If you are interested in extending your stay, we can arrange for extra days at our hotel after the tour. Please let us know in plenty of time if you wish longer accommodations at the end of your trip, so we’re able to make those arrangements for you.

Hotels and such:

We stay in the places Princess Diana Stayed in Cairo:

What about my Health Preparations & Precautions? Inoculations?

There are no inoculation requirements for persons with flights originating in the US or Europe, however it is advisable to consult your physician regarding your personal needs.

Doctors and medical facilities are available to us in most places, however we strongly recommend that each participant bring their own personal preventive medicine supplies plus any medication needed. Your good health and good physical condition will enhance the experience for you as well as the rest of the group.

The most common health issue is diarrhea. It is recommended to take megadophilus or acidophilus daily for at least one month prior to travel, as well as for the duration of the trip. You may also want to bring an herbal immune-support formula.

FYI:  Dr. Larsen is a trained medical doctor. She does not practice as a doctor in the United States! She practices Faith healing, energy medicine and medical intuitive work. Many on past trips healed in extraordinary ways! It is Source, G-d, and your belief that heals! Dr Larsen helps you realize it and become the “space’ for the healing!
Many meet Dr. Larsen on her transformational retreats to get connected to Faith healing possibilities!

You will learn about your MIRACLE SENSES!  Egyptian mystery school teachings share about having 365 senses!

That is 360 senses beyond our normal 5 senses!

Do not drink the tap water in Egypt! We strongly stress the use of bottled water (only) for drinking and brushing your teeth. Bottled water is readily available everywhere we stay.

  • Immodium, Lomatil, Pepto Bismal (some swear by this as a preventative), or other diarrhea medication of personal preference – local medications are available.

Remember when flying to keep medications handy in carry-on bags, not packed away in luggage.

Check online for current TSA restrictions regarding medication and carry-on bags.

Luggage and what to pack?

Please check baggage restrictions on your carrier to be sure that you comply with airline restrictions. We highly suggest that you only bring one checked suitcase with you to Egypt and bring (or buy) an additional empty duffel bag in order to have ample space for packing your purchases upon your return. If you arrive in Egypt with two full pieces of carry-on luggage, you will have no room on the return, so pack light and have fun shopping while you’re there!

Although you will never be required to carry your own luggage, you will appreciate traveling light. Remember that whatever bag(s) you bring will also need to be stored in your stateroom on the boat.

When packing for Egypt, remember to pack your valuables as well as an extra set of clothes in your carry-on luggage just in case your checked bags are delayed.

Camera and Cell Phone questions?

If you are not using a digital camera, be sure to bring all the film and extra batteries that you will need as these are very expensive there. Likewise, film should be brought back to the states for developing. The film expiration date should be carefully checked and be good for at least one year from the date of purchase as it seems to deteriorate rapidly in Egypt’s arid climate.

Bring along a flash attachment with replaceable batteries if possible. This, along with your wide-angle lens, will produce the best results when photographing inside temples, pyramids and tombs. Since electric current in Egypt is 220 volts, special adapters and plugs will be needed for rechargeable units. Of course, if you are using digital technology, you need to bring extra memory cards. There is very limited access for downloading your images during the trip unless you bring your own computer.

There are currently two sites on the trip that don’t allow cameras. We’ll be sure you’re aware of them before we arrive. The rest of the temples are open for photography.

Packing Suggestions

Please do not over pack! Keep in mind the ease of traveling without too many bags. Laundry is available at the hotel before and after our stay on the Afandina. Also, remember that you will want space for your purchases on the return home. We will have lots of opportunities for shopping and that there is a wide range of treasures to buy at the markets.

Here’s a basic packing list for your trip:

  • Small daypack for daily outings— helps to keep your hands free
  • A strap or small bag for carrying your water bottle on daily outings
  • Notebook and pens for journal writing
  • Sunglasses and hat
  • Small flashlight (may be useful in some of the temples and the Pyramid)
  • Swimsuit (towels are provided)
  • Sunscreen and insect repellent

  • Toiletries (must be compliant with TSA rules or placed in checked luggage)
  • Earplugs (these can be very helpful during flights and also in shared rooms)
  • Eye mask for sleep during flights
  • Electrical adaptors for charging your phone, computer, and other appliances (European type with two round pins) An adaptor is adequate for most appliances. For certain appliances a converter is also required.
  • Tissues in travel size packages (public toilets may lack paper)
  • Moistened towelettes for daily outings
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Camera with film and/or extra memory cards
You will want to remember so much of this trip!

  • TSA approved luggage locks for the flights
  • Clothes that are comfortable and loose-fitting, keeping in mind Egypt’s conservative culture
  • Good walking shoes, cotton socks, and good sandals (ie. Teva) with back support
  • Sacred objects and ceremony items for the altars at our ceremonies. (We will be allowed to create simple altars during our private ceremonies at the Sphinx and Philae so you may want to bring a special stone or other objects to be charged during the ceremony.)
  • Personal snack food: Nuts, seeds, energy bars, favorite tea, etc. This can be especially helpful during our longer travel days at airports and on buses.
  • Personal reading material as space allows

Documents

All participants are required to have a passport that is valid for six months beyond our return date.

This is to be carried on your person or stored safely at all times. It is highly recommended to create THREE photocopies of the picture page that includes your passport number. Leave one copy at home and bring two. Our trip guide will carry a copy and you will want an extra copy of your own. You will have a safe in your room for storing valuables, both at all hotels and on the Afandina.

MENU:

We will be served only the most authentic Egyptian cuisine, made from fresh ingredients purchased each day from farmers and fishermen along the river.
From freshly-caught watermelon to the delicious hand-made felafel, each meal is a feast to be savored.

Most meals are included and are cooked to order!

We have our own personal Chef on the Afandina!
At the Five Star resorts: SO many options!

The Dahabiya Afandina!

A visa is required for entry into Egypt. The cost is $25 for US, Canadian or European citizens. Those traveling from the states can pay for this in US currency. You will purchase your travel visa at the airport in Cairo. No copy of your passport photo is necessary. If you are traveling from another country, please check with us or your embassy to be sure that you don’t need to purchase your visa in advance.

Trip Insurance, is it really necessary?

A journey of this nature represents a significant financial investment. We strongly recommend that all participants obtain short-term travelers insurance covering unexpected circumstances, including lost baggage, accident/life insurance, and trip cancellation. Trip cancellation insurance covers your losses on non-refundable air and land costs for trips canceled due to personal or family illnesses and unforeseen documented emergencies. It also covers the cost of emergency evacuation from remote areas.

We recommend trip insurance through Travel Insured International. In order to receive full benefits, you must buy trip insurance within 14-21 days of the date you submit your deposit.

For more information please check with your personal travel agent or with Travel Insured International at www.travelinsured.com or 1-800-243-3174. This insurance only covers US citizens departing from the US. We suggest others consult with a local agent to find a reputable company.

Climate and Clothing

The climate in Egypt is dry year round and sunshine every day.

Egypt Climate and Weather. Throughout Egypt, days are commonly warm or hot, and nights are cool. Egypt has only two seasons: a mild winter from November to April and a hot summer from May to October. The only differences between the seasons are variations in daytime temperatures and changes in prevailing winds.

Whatever the activity, women should remember that Egypt remains a conservative country and we wish to be respectful in our appearance.

Keeping this in mind, bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for layers in the daytime. Light jackets and/or sweaters are advised for early morning and evening and also for the air conditioning in the hotels.

We will be doing a lot of walking so wear comfortable walking shoes—sneakers or sandals with a supporting back strap are ideal, and cotton socks. Pants are completely acceptable for the women and are definitely recommended for camel and/or horseback riding. In the evenings when we dine at our hotel or local restaurants, somewhat nicer attire is appropriate. Casual dress is acceptable, though you might like to plan for one or two evenings. We will certainly have opportunities to be festive. Again, don’t overpack! You will have a chance to shop along the way where wonderful, fun clothing can be purchased.

Hairdryers are provided in your rooms at the hotels and on the boat. The hotels provide a tea/coffee pot in your room.

Communications: On this journey you will be giving your self to a higher purpose because you will connect with yourself!

Computer: Both hotels have free internet access within the hotel. You will need to bring an internet cable if you want to use your computer in your room at the Mena House. The Afandina also has internet access with wireless service that you can purchase. To communicate with your friends and family back home we recommend downloading the app Whats App which offers free international texting.

Telephone: International telephone calls from Egypt are easy to make, and can be dialed directly from our hotel rooms. They are much more expensive from Egypt than from the States, depending upon your international plan. You can also call the US, then have your party call you back at a fraction of the cost (or pre-arrange your own “calling code”). We recommend that you get an international calling card from a reputable phone company that has an access number in Cairo, such as ATT or MCI, or contact your phone service provider for special arrangements for international calling plans.

Prior to our departure, you will receive a complete list of contact numbers to leave with those at home, including the hotel numbers where we will be staying. In case of emergency, you can always be reached through the Quest Travel office in Cairo, 011-202-376-8000.

Money and Currency Exchange

The currency in Egypt is the pound, which is equal to 100 piastres. As of July 2016, 1 Egyptian pound (E£ or EGP) = $0.112 USD, or 11 cents; $1.00 USD = E£8.87.

We recommend waiting until you are in Egypt to exchange money. You will have no difficulty exchanging U.S. dollars into Egyptian pounds. Our hotel will be able to accommodate you during our stay in Cairo. Hotels and most larger shops will take VISA (not as many take MasterCard).

Traveler’s checks are not recommended – they are more of a hassle because you are required to show your passport in order to cash them, and many shops will not accept them. ATM’s are not always convenient, although they can be found when necessary.

A money belt or other safe, secure means of carrying money and documents is advisable. Once currency is exchanged, it helps to carry many one and five-pound notes for gifting and tipping. You will have a personal safe in your room at the hotels and on the boat for securing your valuables at all times.

What are the extra costs on the trip? How much will I need?

Many of your meals are covered, including all your breakfasts.  All your meals when you are on the boat are included – plus lunch or dinner most other days.

Tips to all the temple guards, the hotel staff, etc. are covered already in your package.  However, tips (1LE – 5LE, which is 16¢ – 80¢) are common, for every little thing, and you will find the service so excellent you will likely want to have small change.  You can change traveller’s checks for this, or bring cash, and either way change it at the bank.

Tips for our guides and cruise staff are NOT COVERED; please plan on approx. $10/day, PLUS $5/day/drivers – this is per guest (YOU) NOT per couple. So the trip is 14 days x $15/day = $210 But of course it’s up to you – at the end of your trip it will seem like nothing compared to all that has been given to you 😉

VISA:
You must  bring $100-$25 each in US DOLLARS for your VISA – please make sure you have at least this much cash on you, in exact change!

Note: Egypt was planning on raising the cost of tourist visas on arrival from $25 to $60 as of March 1, 2017. That’s a 140% price hike, which is substantial, especially for a country that is trying to rapidly grow their number of visitors after a rough several years.

A couple of days later, Egypt decided to postpone their visa on arrival fee hike until July 1, 2017. This was the second time in a couple of years that Egypt has backtracked on introducing stricter visa policies. In 2015 Egypt planned on discontinuing visas on arrival for tourists, though they quickly postponed that, realizing the impact it would have on tourism.

This is why we are advising have $100 worth and most likely the visa will still be $25.00

It will be collected when your visa is handed to you. We will buy your OWN VISAs at the arrival terminal; the guides are no longer allowed into secure areas of that terminal at all!!  They will meet you out front, and we will discuss this further in the Airport Tips e-mail coming in a later e-mail.

AIRPORT PICK-UP
Some of you are coming in on different days and at different times.  YOU ALL HAVE INCLUDED AIRPORT PICKUPS AND DROP-OFFS.

DRINKS
Once we are in Egypt, even for meals which are covered, drinks are NOT.

Alcohol is quite pricey, even wine, but there’s a great little duty free shop in Cairo at the airport, and you can buy a bottle there if you like. Remember you will not be able to transport alcohol purchased in Cairo on the plane to Luxor, except in your luggage.

A liter of bottled water costs about 10LE (Egyptian pounds, which is about $1.30) and will be available from all the restaurants.  Nothing is expensive, nearly everything can be charged to your room or to a credit card, so it’s up to you how much cash you want to bring.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I BRING?
A general rule of thumb is plan on $500-1000 if you’re not into circulating a lot of money, and at least $1000+ if you are, and bring a credit card as back-up or for large purchases (see my SHOPPING e-mail next week!) We do not suggest traveler’s checks, since you have to change them.  Just bring enough cash to get you started, and then visit the ATM.

KEEPING IN TOUCH

Internet Access
There is online access available everywhere: it may not be fast, or extra reliable, but it is available for a fee at each hotel.

On the cruise ship, there will be internet access. There IS internet on the boat, which also has a daily fee of less than $10 a day.

Cell phones
Got one? It could be invaluable for staying in contact back home.  Call your service provider and get the international (non-toll-free) number for dialing the provider from Egypt in case you have a problem.  #611 (or whatever) might not work to get to customer service if your phone’s not working!  Make sure you have an international plan, or whatever will provide the cheapest rates.  Also, check into texting, which may save you a lot of money.  Last, make sure your phone is compatible with international calls – if not, you may want to get a phone card or make other arrangements (such as trading a phone with someone who does have a compatible number).

International calling
It can be expensive – some are over $2 per minute.  So make sure you know how much it costs before you give your number out.  Again, consider a phone card, or giving the phone numbers of the hotels out to loved ones (you can get the hotel numbers from their web sites if you like).

Emergency Calls from the States
Call 424-757-4197 point of contact for emergencies.  However, should your emergency contact need to reach Egypt during the day when it is night-time in the US:

Call Quest Travel in Cairo, at 011-202-376-8000

Please bear in mind the time difference of 10 hours ahead when calling from the West Coast, 8 hours ahead of Central Time, and 7 hours ahead of the East Coast.

We urge you to leave your phones (and your computers!) at home as much as possible and not to be too tied to work either – Egypt is a mystical, magical place, and the more time you spend with your head in the usual game, the less you will get to experience this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

New Year, Merkabah Activation Verse

New Year, Merkabah Activation Verse.

I have been trained by Dr Judith Long in this process!
I recommend you do this process with a trained teacher!

 Merkabah Activation:

Merkabah, also spelled Merkaba, is the divine light vehicle allegedly used by ascended masters to connect with and reach those in tune with the higher realms. “Mer” means Light. “Ka” means Spirit. “Ba” means Body. Mer-Ka-Ba means the spirit/body surrounded by counter-rotating fields of light, (wheels within wheels), spirals of energy as in DNA, which transports spirit/body from one dimension to another.

Sacred Geometry

Consciousness

Flower of Life
The Flower of Life is a geometrical figure composed of multiple evenly-spaced, overlapping circles, that are arranged so that they form a flower-like pattern with a six-fold symmetry like a hexagon. In other words, the center of each circle is on the circumference of six surrounding circles of the same diameter. The Temple of Osiris at Abydos, Egypt contains the oldest to date example. it is carved in granite and may possibly represent the Eye of Ra a symbol of the authority of the pharaoh.

Other examples can be found in Phoenician, Assyrian, Indian, Asian, Middle Eastern, and medieval art. A Flower of Life pattern can be constructed with a pen, compass and paper, by creating multiple series of interlinking circles. In some renditions, the rosette on the unofficial flag of Padania is a partial version of the flower of life pattern. The Flower of Life pattern contains the basis of Metatron’s Cube. From this pattern, all five of the Platonic solids can be derived.

Mer-Ka-Ba Meditation

In modern esoteric teachings, it is taught that the MerKaBa is an interdimensional vehicle consisting of two equally sized, interlocked tetrahedra of light with a common center, where one tetrahedron points up and the other down. This point symmetric form is called a stella octangula or stellated octahedron which can also be obtained by extending the faces of a regular octahedron until they intersect again.

In his books, researcher and physicist Drunvalo Melchizedek describes this figure as a “Star Tetrahedron”, since it can be viewed as a three dimensional Star of David. By imagining two superimposed “Star Tetrahedrons” as counterrotating, along with specific “prana” breathing techniques, certain eye movements and mudras, it is taught that one can activate a non-visible ‘saucer’ shaped energy field around the human body that is anchored at the base of the spine.

Depending on the height of the person doing the exercise, this field is about 55 feet across. Once activated, this ‘saucer’ shaped field is capable of carrying ones consciousness directly to higher dimensions.

The Teaching Of Spherical Breathing: Using 18 Breaths
By Drunvalo Melchizedek

There are 17+1 breaths, where the first six are for balancing the polarity, the next seven for proper pranic flow through the entire body. The further breaths are for shifting the consciousness from 3rd to 4th dimension and finally the last three breaths is for re-creating the rotating Merkabah within and around the body. The last breath is not taught. Once each day, enter into this meditation, until the time comes when you are a conscious breather, remembering with each breath your intimate connection with God.

FIRST BREATH: Inhale

HEART: Open your heart and feel love for all life. If you cannot do this, you must at least open to this love as much as is possible for you. This is the most important instruction of all.

MIND: Become aware of the male tetrahedron (the apex facing up to the sun, the point facing to the front for male, the point to the back for females) filled with the brilliant white light surrounding your body. Visualize it the best you can. If you cannot visualize it, sense or feel it surrounding you.

BODY: At the same moment of inhalation, place your hands in the mudra of your thumb and first finger touching. Remember, lightly touch your fingers, and do not allow your fingers to touch each other or any other object. Keep your palms facing up.

BREATH: At this same moment, with empty lungs, begin to breath in a complete yogic manner. Breath through your nostrils only, except at certain places which will be described. Simply put, breath from yourstomach first, then your diaphragm, and finally your chest. Do this in one movement, not three parts. The exhale is completed either by holding the chest firm and relaxing the stomach, slowly releasing the air, or by holding the stomach firm and relaxing the chest. The most important aspect is that this breathing must be rhythmic. Begin by using seven seconds in and seven seconds out, but as you get familiar with this meditation, find your own rhythm. The following instructions for a complete Yogic Breath are from “the Hindu-Yogi Science of Breath” by Yogi Ramacharake. Perhaps this description will be helpful.

Breathing through the nostrils, inhale steadily, first filling the lower part of the lungs, which is accomplished by bringing into play the diaphragm, which descending exerts a gentle pressure on the abdominal organs, pushing forward the front walls of the abdomen. Then fill the middle part of the lungs, pushing out the lower ribs, breastbone and chest. Then fill the higher portion of the lungs, protruding the upper chest, thus lifting the chest, including the upper six or even pairs of ribs.

At first reading it may appear that this breath consists of three distinct movements. This, however, is not the correct idea. The inhalation is continuous, the entire chest cavity from the lowered diaphragm to the highest point of the chest in the region of the collar bone, being expanded with a uniform movement. Avoid a jerky series of inhalations, and strive to attain a steady continuous action. Practice will soon overcome the tendency to divide the inhalation into three movements, and will result in a uniform continuous breath. You will be able to complete the inhalation in a few seconds after a little practice.

Exhale quite slowly, holding the chest in a firm position, and drawing the abdomen in a little and lifting it upward as the air leaves the lungs. When the air is entirely exhaled, relax the chest and abdomen. A little practice will render this part of the exercise easy, and the movement once acquired will be afterward performed almost automatically.

FIRST BREATH: Exhale

HEART: Love

MIND: Become aware of the female tetrahedron, (apex pointing to the earth, point facing to the back for males, point facing to the front for females), also filled with the brilliant white light

BODY: Keep the same mudra.

BREATH: Do NOT hesitate at the top of the inhalation to begin the exhalation. Exhale quite slowly, approximately seven seconds, in the Yogic manner. When the air is out of the lungs, without forcing, relax the chest and abdomen and HOLD the breath. When you feel pressure to breathe again, after about five seconds or so, then do the following:

MIND: Be aware of the flat equilateral triangle at the top of the female tetrahedron located in the horizontal plane that passes through your chest at the sternum. In a flash, and with a pulse like energy, send that triangular plane down through the female tetrahedron. It gets smaller as it goes down and pushes out the tip or apex of the tetrahedron all the negative energy of the mudra or electrical circuit, a light will shoot out of the apex toward the center of the Earth. The Mind exercise is performed along with the following BODY movements.

BODY: Move your eyes slightly toward each other, or, in other words, slightly cross your eyes. Now bring them up to the top of their sockets, or in other words, look up. Also, this looking up motion should not be extreme. You will feel a tingling feeling between your eyes in the area of your third eye . You can now look down to the lowest point you can, as fast as you can. You should feel an electrical sensation move down your spine. The MIND and BODY must coordinate the above mental exercis e with the eye movements. The eyes look down from their up position at the same time the mind sees the triangular horizontal plane of the female tetrahedron move down to the apex of the female tetrahedron. This combined exercise will clean out the negative thoughts and feelings that have entered into your electrical system. Specifically, it will clean out the part of your electrical system that is associated with the particular mudra you are using. Immediately upon pulsing the energy down your spine, you change mudras to the next one and begin the entire cycle over again. The next five breaths are a repeat of the first breath with the following mudra changes:

Second breath mudra: Thumb and second finger together

Third breath mudra: Thumb and third finger together

Fourth breath mudra: Thumb and little finger together

Fifth breath mudra: Thumb and first finger together (same as first breath)

Sixth breath mudra: Thumb and second finger together (same as second breath)

The first part, the first six breaths, the balancing of the polarities, and the cleansing of your electrical system is now complete. You are now ready for the next part, the next seven breaths.

Here an entirely new breathing pattern begins. You do not need to visualize the star tetrahedron at this time. Only the tube that runs through the star, from the apex of the male tetrahedron above your head to the apex of the female tetrahedron below your feet, needs to be seen and worked with. This extends one hand length above your head and one hand length below your feet. The diameter of YOUR tube will be the size of the hole formed by YOUR thumb and forefinger touching.

BREATH NUMBER SEVEN: Inhale

HEART: Love. There is another refinement here that can be used after you have perfected this meditation.

MIND: Visualize or sense the tube running through your body. The instant you begin the seventh inhale, see the brilliant white light of the prana moving down the tube from the top and up the tube from the bottom at the same time. This movement is almost instantaneous. The point where these two light beams meet within your body is controlled by the mind and is a vast science known throughout the universe. In this teaching however, we will only be shown what is necessary , that which will take you from third to fourth dimensional awareness. In this case you will direct the two beams of prana to meet at your navel, or more correct, within your body at navel level, inside the tube. The moment the two beams of prana meet, which is just as the inhale begins, a sphere of white light or prana is formed at the meeting point about the size of a grapefruit centered on the tube. It all happens in an instant. As you continue to take the inhale of the seventh breath, the sphere of prana begins to concentrate and grow slowly.

BODY: For the next seven breaths use the same mudra for both inhale and exhale, the thumb, first and second touching together palms up.

BREATH: Deep rhythmic Yogic breathing, seven seconds in and seven seconds out. There is no holding of the breath from now on. The flow of prana from the two poles will not stop or change in any way when you go from inhale to exhale. It will be a continuous flow that will not stop for a long as you breath in this manner, even after death.

SEVENTH BREATH: Exhale

MIND: The prana sphere centered at the navel continues to grow. By the time of the full exhale, the prana sphere will be approximately eight or nine inches in diameter.

BREATH: Do not force the air out of your lungs. When your lungs are empty naturally, immediately begin the next breath.

EIGHTH BREATH: Inhale

HEART: Love.

MIND: The prana sphere continues to concentrate life force energy and grow in size

EIGHT BREATH: Exhale

MIND: The prana sphere continues to grow in size and will reach maximum size at the end of this breath. This maximum size is different for each person. If you put your longest finger in the center of your navel, the line on your wrist defining your hand will show you the radius of the maximum size of this sphere for YOU. This sphere of prana cannot grow larger.

NINTH BREATH: Inhale

MIND: The prana sphere cannot grow larger, so what happens is the prana begins to concentrate within the sphere. The visual appearance is that the sphere grows BRIGHTER.

BREATH: Sphere grows brighter and brighter as you inhale.

NINTH BREATH: Exhale

BREATH: As you exhale, the sphere continues to grow brighter and brighter.

TENTH BREATH: Inhale

MIND: About half way through this inhale, as the sphere continues to brighter, the prana sphere reaches critical mass. The sphere ignites into a sun, a brilliant blinding ball of white light. You are now ready for the next step.

TENTH BREATH: Exhale

MIND: At the moment of exhale, the small sphere two hand lengths in diameter bulges to expand. In one second, combined with the breath talked about below, the sphere expands quickly out to the sphere of Leonardo, out at your finger tips of your extended arms. Your body is now completely enclosed within a huge sphere of brilliant white light. You have returned to the ancient form of spherical breathing. However, at this point, this sphere is not stable. You MUST breath three more times to keep the sphere stable.

BREATH: At the moment of exhale, make a small hole with your lips and blow out your air with pressure. As you feel the sphere begin to bulge, all within the first second of this exhale, let all of your air out rapidly. The sphere will expand at that moment.

ELEVENTH, TWELFTH and THIRTEENTH BREATH: Inhale and Exhale

MIND: Relax and just feel the flow of the prana flowing from the two poles and meeting at the navel and then expanding out to the large sphere

BREATH: Breath rhythmically and deeply. At the end of the thirteenth breath you have stabilized the large sphere and are ready for the important 14th breath.

THE FOURTEENTH BREATH

HEART: Love

MIND: On the inhale of the 14th breath, at the very beginning of the breath, move the point where the two beams of prana meet from the navel to the sternum, the fourth dimensional chakra. The entire large sphere, along with the original sphere, which is also still contained within the large sphere, moves up to the new meeting point within the tube. Though this is very easy to do, it is an extremely powerful movement. Breathing from this new point within the tube will inevitably change your awareness from third to fourth dimensional consciousness, or from earth consciousness to Christ consciousness.

BODY: This mudra will be used for the rest of the meditation. Place the left palm on top of the right palm for males and the right palm on top of the left palm for females. It is a mudra that relaxes.

BREATH: Rhythmic breath and deep. However, if you continue to breathe from your Christ center without moving on to the MER-KA-BA, which is what is recommended until you have made contact with yourHigher Self, then shift to a shallow breath. In other words, breath rhythmically but in a comfortable manner where your attention is more on the flow of energy moving up and down the tube meeting at the sternum and expanding out to the large sphere. Just feel the flow. Use your feminine side to just be. At this point don’t think, just breath, feel and be. Feel your connection to All Life through the Christ Breath. Remember your intimate connection with God.

The Mer-Ka-Ba, The Vehicle Of Ascension

The Last Three Breaths

You are asked not to attempt this FOURTH PART until you have made contact with your Higher Self, AND your Higher Self has given you permission to proceed. This part is to be taken seriously. The energies that will come into and around your body and spirit are of tremendous power. If you are not ready, you could hurt yourself. If your Higher Self gives you permission to enter into the MER-KA-BA, then don t fear, for you will be ready.

FIFTEENTH BREATH: Inhale:

HEART: Love

MIND: Be aware of the whole star tetrahedron. Realize that there are three whole star tetrahedrons superimposed over each other. One is the body itself, and is locked in place and never, except under certain conditions, moves. It is placed around the body according to maleness or femaleness. The second whole star tetrahedron is male in nature, it is electrical, is literally the human mind and rotates counter-clockwise relative to your body looking out, or to put it another way, it rotates toward your left side. The third whole star tetrahedron is female in nature, is magnetic, is literally the human emotional body and rotates clockwise relative to your body looking out, or to put it another way, it rotates toward your right side.

To be clear, we are not telling you to rotate the male tetrahedron one way and the female the other way. When we say rotate the whole star tetrahedron, we mean the whole thing.

On the inhale of the fifteenth breath, as you are inhaling, you will say to yourself, in your head, the code words, EQUAL SPEED. This will tell your mind that you want the two rotatable whole star tetrahedrons to begin spinning in opposite directions at equal speeds at the time of the exhale. Meaning that for every complete rotation of the mind tetrahedrons, there will be a complete rotation of the emotional tetrahedrons.

BODY: Continue the mudra of the folded hands from now on.

BREATH: Breath Yogic and rhythmically an deeply again, but only for the next three breaths, after that return to the shallow breathing.

FIFTEENTH BREATH: Exhale

MIND: The two sets of tetrahedrons take off spinning. In an instant, they will be moving at exactly one third the speed of light at their outer tips. You probably will not be able to see this because of their tremendous speed, but you can feel it. What you have just done is to start the MOTOR of the MER-KA-BA. You will not go anywhere, or have an experience. It is just like starting the motor of a car, but having the transmission in neutral.

BREATH: Make a small hole with your lips just like you did for breath Number Ten. Blow out in the same manner, and as you do, feel the two sets of tetrahedrons take off spinning.

SIXTEENTH BREATH: Inhale

MIND: As you let out the breathe, the two sets of tetrahedrons take off from their one third speed of light setting to two third speed of light in an instant. As they approach two thirds speed of light speed a phenomena takes place. A disk about 55 feet in diameter forms around the body at the level of the base of the spine. And the sphere of energy that is centered around the two sets of tetrahedrons forms with the disk to create a shape that looks like a FLYING SAUCER around the body. This energy matrix is called the MER-KA-BA. However, it is not stable. If you see or sense the MER-KA-BA around you at this point, you will know it to be unstable. It will be slowly wobbling. Therefore Breath Number Seventeen is necessary.

BREATH: Same as breath 16, make a small hole in your lips, and blow out with pressure. It is at this point that the speeds increases. As you feel the speed increasing, let out all your breath with force. This action will cause the higher speed to be fully obtained and the MER-KA-BA to be formed.

SEVENTEENTH BREATH: Inhale

HEART: Remember, unconditional love for all life must be felt through out all of this meditation or no results will be realized.

MIND: As you breathe in, say to yourself, in your head, the code NINE TENTHS THE SPEED OF LIGHT. This code will tell your mind to increase the speed of the MER-KA-BA to nine tenths the speed of lightwhich will stabilize the rotating field of energy. It will also do something else. This third dimensional universe that we live in is tuned to 9/10 the speed of light. Every electron in your body is rotating around every atom in your body at 9/10 the speed of light. This is the reason this particular speed is selected.

BREATH: Breathe rhythmically and in a Yogic manner.

SEVENTEENTH BREATH: Exhale

MIND: The speed increases to 9/10 the speed of light and stabilizes the MER-KA-BA.

BREATH: Same as breath 15 and 16, make a small hole in your lips, and blow out with pressure. As you feel the speed take off, let all your breath out with force. You are now in your stable and Third dimensionally tuned MER-KA-BA. With the help of your Higher Self, you will understand what this really means.

EIGHTEENTH BREATH:

This very special breath will not be taught here. You must receive it from Your Higher Self. It is the breath that will take you through the speed of light into the fourth dimension. You will disappear from this world and reappear in another one that will be your new home for awhile. This is not the end, but the beginning of an ever expanding consciousness returning you HOME to your FATHER.

Merkaba

The word Merkaba or Merkava – Hebrew ‘Chariot’ or ‘to ride an animal, in a chariot’ – is used in the Bible (Ezekiel 1:4-26) to refer to the throne-chariot of God, the four-wheeled vehicle driven by four Cherubim, each of which has four wings and four faces (of a man, lion, ox, and eagle). Four means ‘time’ in alchemy.

Ezekiel, Sumerian Gods, UFO Connections
Wheels Within Wheels

In medieval Judaism, the beginning of the book of Ezekiel was regarded as the most mystical passage in the Bible, and its study was discouraged, except by mature individuals with an extensive grounding in the study of traditional Jewish texts.

Jewish biblical commentaries emphasize that the imagery of the Merkaba is not meant to be taken literally; rather the chariot and its accompanying angels are analogies for the various ways that God reveals Himself in this world.

Maimonides in his 13 principles of faith emphazies that God is not limited to any particular form, as this prophesy might seem to imply.

Chassidic philosophy and Kaballah explain at length what each aspect of this vision represents in this world, and how they in no way imply that God is made up of these forms. The danger of understanding these passages as literal descriptions of God’s image likely accounts for the opposition among Torah scholars towards learning this topic without the proper initiation. Jews customarily read the Biblical passages concerning the Merkaba in their synagogues every year on the holiday of Shavuot.

History
UNKNOWN INTELLIGENCE:

We are a part of something much greater than we have been told to believe. Our minds could and should be far more advanced in intelligence as the global brain assignment goes.

In this time of change, we are about to engage a new era for which there will be a thread of history that can be traced through time on earth.

There is some basic history  that we accept among our more general populace as the normal way to think.  There was not a lot that was shared unless one was in a secret club or allowed into a certain level or class in society. The veil of secrecy came into existence and the chosen and the mystics and Shamans through time became the keepers of the stories and history. All was planned for the future in order to allow the human primitive mind to adjust over time and through generations to evolve in thought processing for the global mind.

The first ancient cities were of a continent that was once all one and was split where a great lake became an ocean now called the Atlantic Ocean. Lemuria and Mu are sometimes distinct and sometimes interchangeable names for a legendary lost continent, which, according to its proponents, existed in the Caribbean Ocean and had many of the attributes associated with Atlantis.  The mysterious lost lands of Lemuria and Mu were conceived of during the nineteenth century, when the theory of evolution was introduced and was among the advances in the sciences that challenged conventional ways of understanding life. Archaeological discoveries among the ruins of the Egyptians, Mayans, and other societies were forcing new interpretations of history, and radical forms of mysticism, such as Theosophy, were becoming popular. References to the lost continent of Mu can be traced back to 1864 and a French archaeologist named Charles-Etienne Brasseur de Bourbourg.

He had become fascinated by hieroglyphics found on Mayan ruins that dated back several centuries. By the time Spanish explorers had reached the New World areas of Mexico and Central America in the 1500s, the great centers of Mayan civilization had long been abandoned and were being reclaimed by the rainforest. Brasseur traveled to Spain to look at artifacts of Mayan civilization. In a library in Madrid he discovered a purported guide to Mayan hieroglyphics. Using the guide to decipher a rare Mayan manuscript, he learned about an ancient land that had sunk into the ocean after a volcanic eruption.

Figures corresponding to letters “M” and “U” were connected with the lost land, and Brasseur determined that the lost continent was named Mu. Using that same guide, however, later scholars were unable to decipher such a story, or to even make sustained and meaningful text from the hieroglyphics. It was not until the mid-twentieth century that a thorough guide to interpreting Mayan hieroglyphics was established.

Nevertheless, Brasseur’s version of a lost continent won some favorable attention. An archaeologist named Augustus Plongeon (1825–1908) used a similar key to decipher hieroglyphics at one of the first excavations of Mayan sites. He allegedly uncovered astory about two brothers who vied for a queen named Moo (which he connected with Mu). One of the brothers was killed, and the other took power just before a catastrophe struck Mu. Queen Moo fled before the catastrophe. Speculations quickly added that she had reached Egypt, became revered as the goddess Isis, founded Egyptian civilization, and directed the building of the Sphinx.

In the mid-nineteenth century, Charles Darwin’s (1809–1882) theory of evolution, Origin of the Species, was published. Although the theory became widely accepted among scientists, it was also extremely controversial.

One point of contention concerned an animal and layers of sediment found in South Africa, the island of Madagascar, and India—all of which are in the same region but separated by expanses of water. The lemur, a predecessor of monkeys, had the same traits in each locale. According to Darwin’s theory, the animal should have developed some unique traits respective to the different environments. Similarities in sediments in each of the areas also raised questions…

Scientists began to speculate that a land bridge once existed in the Indian Ocean that connected the three areas. English zoologist Phillip L. Schlater proposed the name Lemuria after the lemur for this former land now sunk in the Indian Ocean. The land bridge idea was supported by noted scientists, including German naturalist Heinrich Haeckel (1834–1919) and Alfred Russell Wallace (1823–1913), who had developed a theory of evolution similar to Darwin’s. Seas and continents were thought to be immobile in those days before the theory of continental drift, and no fossils of early humans had yet been found. Haeckel used Lemuria, which had sunk into the sea, to explain the absence of early human fossils. Lemuria became a respected term among educated people in Europe and America.

Thus, the lost continent of Lemuria began with science, but its renown spread and has been sustained through mysticism. Science has since discounted the land bridge and lost continent theories, and evidence of early humans was found during the twentieth century in Africa. James Churchward (1832–1936) was among the first mystics to promote Lemuria as the lost continent of an advanced human race. Beginning in the 1870s, Churchward said Lemuria was a paradise of 64 million people, and that it was destroyed around 10,000 B.C.E. According to Churchward, Lemurians developed homes with transparent roofs, lived to be hundreds of years old, and were capable of telepathy, astral travel, and teleportation. Lemuria, according to Churchward, was about 5,000 miles long and 3,000 miles wide and stretched to the Pacific Ocean, where islands of the present day are former mountain peaks of the lost continent. In the 1880s, Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (1831–1891) formed the Theosophical Society with psychic investigator Henry Steel Olcott. In her book The Secret Doctrine (1888), she claimed to have learned of Lemuria in The Book of Dzyan, which she said was composed in Atlantis and shown to her by survivors of that lost continent. Her source may have been Sanskrit legends that tell of the former continent of Rutas that sank beneath the sea. Lemurians, according to Blavatsky, were the third of seven root races of humankind. They were hermaphrodites with psychic abilities and a third eye. Atlanteans, she stated, were the fourth root race. They evolved from Lemurians after much of Lemuria sank, and they lived on the edge of the continent in the northern Atlantic.

ATLANTIS SANK AROUND 8,000 BCE

Atlantis sank around 8,000 B.C.E., according to Blavatsky, and its inhabitants fled to central Asia. Rudolf Steiner (1861–1925), who founded Anthroposophy, was another proponent of Lemuria. Other mystics have envisioned the Elders of Lemuria, known as the Thirteenth School, who moved to an uninhabited plateau of Central Asia now called Tibetbefore the catastrophe that wiped out their land. They established a library and a school of spiritual adepts known as the Great White Brotherhood. Certain land masses on the planet are supposedly the last remains of Lemuria

LEMURIA

from Pacific islands (Fiji, Hawaii, and Easter Island) to the west coast of the United States. A

According to some Lemurian enthusiasts, in 1972 the ruins of a submerged Lemurian city was found between Maui and Oahu in the Hawaiian island chain and was covered up in a top-secret project by U.S. Naval Intelligence. One of the greatest discoveries in the history of archaeology was made  off of Japan. There, spread over an amazing 311 miles on the ocean floor, are the well-preserved remains of an ancient city. Or at the very least, a number of closely related sites. In the waters around Okinawa and beyond to the small island of Yonaguni, divers located eight separate locations beginning in March 1995. That first sighting was equivocal – a provocative, squared structure, so encrusted with coral that its manmade identity was uncertain. Then, as recently as the summer of 1996, a sports diver accidentally discovered a huge, angular platform about 40 feet below the surface, off the southwestern shore of Okinawa.

The feature’s artificial provenance was beyond question. Widening their search, teams of more divers found another, different monument nearby. Then another, and another. They beheld long streets, grand boulevards, majestic staircases, magnificent archways, enormous blocks of perfectly cut and fitted stone – all harmoniously welded together in a linear architecture unlike anything they had ever seen before.

In the following weeks and months, Japan’s archaeological community joined the feeding-frenzy of discovery.

Trained professionals formed a healthy alliance with the enthusiasts who first made the find. In a progressive spirit of mutual respect an working alliance, academics and amateurs joined forces to set an example of   cooperation for the rest of the world. Their common cause soon bore rich fruit. In september, not far from the shore of the island of Yonaguni, more then 300 airline miles south from Okinawa, they found a gigantic, pyramidal structure in 100 feet of water. In what appeared to be a ceremonial center of broad promenades and flanking pylons, the gargantuan building measures 240 feet long. Exceptionally clear sub-surface clarity, with 100 foot visibility a common factor, allowed for thorough photographic documentation, both still photography and video.

ANCIENT AMERICAN AND CNN BROKE STORY

These images provided the basis of japan’s leading headlines for more than a year. Yet, not a word about the Okinawa discovery reached the US public, until the magazine, “Ancient American” broke the news. Since that scoop, only the CNN network televised a report about Japan’s underwater city. Nothing about it has been mentioned in any of the nation’s other archaeology publications, not even in any of our daily newspapers. Outside of the “Ancient American” and CNN’s single report, the pall of silence covering all the facts about Okinawa’s structures screens them from view more effectively then their location at the bottom of the sea. Why? How can this appalling neglect persist in the face of a discovery of such unparalleled magnitude?

Divers Find World’s Oldest Buildingby Trushar Barot

A STRUCTURE thought to be the world’s oldest building, nearly twice the age of the great pyramids of Egypt, has been discovered. The rectangular stone ziggurat under the sea off the coast of Japan could be the first evidence of a previously unknown Stone Age civilisation, say archeologists. The monument is 600ft wide and 90ft high and has been dated to at least 8000BC. The oldest pyramid in Egypt, the Step Pyramid at Saqqara, was constructed more than 5,000 years later. The structure off Yonaguni, a small island southwest of Okinawa, was first discovered 75ft underwater by scuba divers 10 years ago and locals believed it was a natural phenomenon.

Professor Masaki Kimura, a geologist at Ryukyu University in Okinawa, was the first scientist to investigate the site and has concluded that “The mysterious five-layer structure was man-made. The object has not been manufactured by nature. If that had been the case, one would expect debris from erosion to have collected around the site, but there are no rock fragments there,” he said.

The discovery of what appears to be a road surrounding the building was further evidence that the structure was made by humans, he added. Robert Schoch, professor of geology at Boston University, dived at the site last month. “It basically looks like a series of huge steps, each about a metre high. Essentially, it’s a cliff face like the side of a stepped pyramid. It’s a very interesting structure,” he said. “It’s possible that natural water erosion combined with the process of cracked rocks splitting created such a structure, but I haven’t come across such processes creating a structure as sharp as this.”

Further evidence that the structure is the work of humans came with the discovery of smaller underwater stone mounds nearby. Like the main building, these mini-ziggurats are made of stepped slabs and are about 10m wide and 2m high.Kimura said it was too early to know who built the monument or its purpose. “The structure could be anancient religious shrine, possibly celebrating an ancient deity resembling the god Nirai-Kanai, whom locals say gave happiness to the people of Okinawa from beyond the sea. This could be evidence of a new culture as there are no records of a people intelligent enough to have built such a monument 10,000 years ago,” he said.

“This could only have been done by a people with a high degree of technology, probably coming from the Asian continent, where the oldest civilisations originate. There would have to have been some sort of machinery involved to have created such a huge structure.”

Teruaki Ishii, professor of geology at Tokyo University, said the structure dated back to at least 8000BC when the land on which it was constructed was submerged at the end of the last ice age. “I hope this site is artificial as it would be very exciting. But at this time I feel it is too early to say. I think the structure could be natural, but part of it may have been made,” he said.

The first signs of civilization in Japan are traced to the Neolithic period around 9000BC. The people at this time lived as hunters and food- gatherers. There is nothing in the archeological record to suggest the presence of a culture advanced enough to have built a structure like the ziggurat. British archeologists are, however, cautiously enthusiastic about the discovery which will be featured this summer in a Channel 4 documentary. Jim Mower, an archeologist at University College London, said: “If it is confirmed that the site is as old as 10,000 years and is man-made, then this is going to change an awful lot of the previous thinking on southeast Asian history. It would put the people who made the monument on a par with the ancient civilization of Mesopotamia and the Indus Valley.”

ATLANTIS: A key factor to know about is that Lemuria and Atlantis had existed at the same time in history! Lemuria had 13 colonies and it was the Lemurians that decided that Atlantis would be a chosen colony for the creation and genesis of a new civilisation, genetic modification and creation of a new form of being. So when looking at the memories of Lemuria and Atlantis, they are all in the consciousness of one, there are no boundaries and therefore no distinguished difference between the two times. Atlantis was to be the first colony to commence the Mystery Schools where the ancient Lemurian knowledge would be taught. The Lemurians also knew that Atlantis was also to be the place where EGO was to be brought in and experienced. Those of Lemuria knew that eventually EGO would override and be the downfall of Atlantis and then Egypt.

LEMURIA: The Legend of Lemuria is one of an ancient lost civilization which existed prior to and during the time of Atlantis. Physically, it is believed that it existed largely in the Southern Pacific, between North America and Asia/Australia. Lemuria is also sometimes referred to as Mu, or the Motherland (of Mu). At its peak of its civilization, the Lemurian people were both highly evolved and very spiritual. While concrete physical evidence of this ancient continent may be difficult to find, many people “know” that they have a strong connection to Lemuria.

Approximately 14,000 years ago, the culture known as Lemuria was thriving. (Prior to 2000 years ago, data and time recordings were not taken – so all times are approximate). There were also other cultures on Earth, such as Atlantis, which were thriving as well. The holy people or the prophets of the time began to be realise that something was changing. They began receiving information that the Earth was going to go through a very dramatic shift. The shift that they were referring to was what you call the Great Flood. Also known as the destruction of Atlantis.

SNAKEPEOPLE & DRAGONS
The Snake People are very, very ancient. They existed approximately 5,000 to 6,000 years ago. They were descendants of the Lemurians, in particular, descendants of the original record-keepers of Lemuria. The snake, in terms of symbology, has always been used on Earth to mean wisdom and healing, so you find many cultures around Earth in which the snake, as a symbol, plays a very important role. In Eastern culture it is representative of Kundalini and in the Western culture the Lemurian snake/serpent was representative of the Medical Cadeuses.

Cadeuses Medical Symbol

The Cadeuses symbol is ancient and has been used many life times. It has been used in the Medical field, politics, government, shamanic healing, and Metaphysical healing and in the ancient writings of the Bible, Book of Enoch and more. The Staff located in the middle represents an antenna to the I AM GOD/ABSOLUTE consciousness. The complete ball in the middle is the birth of the whole universe through sacred sphere. It is the sacred symbol of UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. The two serpents/snakes represent the integration of all dualities in to one – that be-ing the ONENESS, truth, LOVE. They are the combining together such as physical + metaphysical, environment inside and outside. Snakes can correspond to healing, change and awakenings via Kundalini energy. They are related to the water element which is about E-Motions. They are keepers of KNOWLEDGE. Hence why in past government, religion and positions of power the staff has been seen as the person of the STICK has the knowledge. In Egyptian days the snake/serpent was seen as inner sight and control of the universe. Overall, it is understood as the concepts of rebirth, resurrection, initiation and wisdom. In summary the Cadeuses means DIVINE KNOWLEDGE of sacred healing. This healing is about connecting to GOD and is from Lemuria.

All of this knowledge from Lemuria is older than the Mayan Calendar consciousness. Now today, you were taken to a place called Montezuma’s Well. The myth is that it’s one of the emergence points of the ancient Lemurian/Native American. Sedona is one of the places that were first inhabited by the people who were keeping the records from Lemuria. After the ancient and lost civilisation of emerged from underground, the civilization lived mostly high in the cliffs. At that time Sedona was a chain of islands, so the Lemurians had to live on higher ground. This original group from Lemuria that came from beneath the Earth lived here and, of course, procreated, so there were many generations here. This was one of many places. Sedona was chosen as an emergence point because of all the quartz crystal in the area. Quartz crystal can hold information and knowledge, which is exactly what they did with the ancient knowledge from Lemuria about the code of creation and keys of ascension to God. The ancients of the lost civilisation of Lemuria, known as the Snake People, were committed to programming that Lemurian knowledge into the rocks. This is why so many people are now drawn to Sedona in the present day.

These snake people are referred to all over the world from Metaphysical teachings such as Snake people in the Hopi tribe, Naga – Maya in India, the Yucalan in Mayan, and Japan. One of the forms of beings we had in Lemuria was a reptile like being. The reptile was androgynous and able to morph in to any shape or desire it wished. Part of this now replicated through the teachings of dragons. The dragon energy is from Lemuria and has been carried down through the medieval days, eastern culture and Viking days. The dragon energy and dragons are teachers of Unconditional Love. Many of the modern day AQUA children will talk about the dragons and see them flying. However to the human eye they are invisible as their underbelly which we see in the sky is a mirror which reflects the 3rd dimension reality to those that are not awakened to the 5th dimension of other realities. Certain modern day Healers are able to channel this amazing Dragon energy and bring with it the intensity of love from Lemuria. In the recent Harry Potter series, the character Harry Potter speaks ‘parsel tongue’ or snake language …. Certain Healers are able to do this too and speak the language of light which sounds very similar to ‘parsel tongue’. The dragon energy is one of power and knowledge from but over the years has been distorted to represent ‘evil’. The dragon realm of Lemuria is also about integration of all dualities in to the ONENESS consciousness.

KAHUNA – HUNA

The Kahuna are the shamans/healers of Hawai’i, again originally from the Lemuria and Pleiades. They were the guardians of Huna, the “profound inner knowledge”, from Lemuria. In ancient Hawai’i, the Kahuna healed and taught in the spirit and vibration of ‘Aloha’. This vibration of spirit manifesting through love. The purpose behind the ‘Kahuna’ teachings was/is the revelation of truth within each individual. In other words self realizations through Kundalini awakenings to God and the ABSOLUTE. The wisdom and knowledge of the Kahuna is very ancient, coming directly from the ancient land of Lemuria. To gain knowledge, the beings of Lemuria turned inward to connect with the Divine Cosmic Mind or UM (Universal Mind) through meditation and concentration. This has also been discussed in the Mayan Calendar and Prophecies. The wise ones had great faith and trust in the Cosmic Mind and in themselves as manifestations of the one Cosmic Mind. They were able to directly tap into it as “the source”, and GOD. They developed the art of mental telepathy and were able to sense other dimensions with great ease. In Lemuria the teachings were pure, balanced, and honored. The teachings and principles of Huna are still taught today, especially with Ka Huna massage being a direct result. You will notice in the wording ’KAHuna’ is similar to ‘Mer KA Ba’ which both are about transcending the body to a higher frequency or light body.

Having a look at the principles of Huna, they are similar to the Koran, Bible, Book of Enoch and Kabbalah. Again these are directly from the source of Lemuria. The teachings from Lemuria were from GOD about God and how to connect back to God. The symbol of KA Huna is similar to that of the Alchemy symbol used in ancient Egyptian and Medieval days as well as now.

SEVEN PRINCIPLES OF HUNA

IKE – The world is what you think it is (BE AWARE)

KALA -There are no limits, everything is possible (BE FREE)

MAKIA -Energy flows where attention goes (BE FOCUSED)

MANAWA -Now is the moment of power (BE HERE)

ALOHA -To love is to be happy with (BE HAPPY)

MANA -All power comes from within (BE CONFIDENT)

PONO -Effectiveness is the measure of truth (BE POSITIVE)

Egypt, Atlantis, Mayan and Lemuria and well known for the pyramid shaped buildings. These were built specifically as a means of transport and vortexes and linked to Sacred Geometry Merkaba (taught in the Millennium Modality – Medical Intuition). The pyramid shape representative many things but one was the steps of evolution and the stepping up to UM or Universal Mind, otherwise known as the cosmic mind. It was with the guidance of Beings from other galaxies including Lemuria, which these buildings were in the shape of a triangle/pyramid. The pyramid is a triangle representing truth, love and wisdom.

In alchemy and Lemuria, the truth is where you’re at, current time or current reality. Love is where you want to be or your vision. The wisdom refers to the quality you gain when you consciously focus on two points – this case, focusing on the truth and love will help you gain your reality now. In understanding what true LOVE is you can occupy a state of mind called CREATOR CONSCIOUSNESS. No matter what is taught, within each soul is a CREATOR CONSCIOUSNESS from Lemuria, where we know what we think we create. The main key is to know where are you now … are you in a state of love or fear? And once you discern that, you will create what you focus on. Know where you want to be – then focus on that and know that it will come to fruition when there is no expectation. Wisdom, according to Lemuria and beyond is the manifestation of your truth and love.

In Lemurian and now, Alchemists have always known that knowing half the truth is much more dangerous than not knowing it all. “The half wise will be dashed against the rocks by reason of their own folly.” In other words, those that are UNCONSCIOUS will hurt themselves as they do not recall they create their own world. This also means that if we do not fully embrace ourselves as the full consciousness of co creators, and the Lemurian consciousness of I AM ABSOLUTE, they will live in a victim world. Not ones to mince their words, the Alchemists and ancients from Lemuria were very direct and shared the truth so as the other soul would have an awakening to become conscious of what they create. The Alchemists form Lemuria knew the deeper secrets of manifestation – they knew the ‘whole’ truth which is life is an illusion but if your perception ad vision are with GOD/Millennium, you will always create out of love your hearts desires.

Alchemists believe that when you have the truth and love together, then you shall have wisdom, as mentioned before. The love from Lemuria is LOVE OF SELF which is not really understood here on Earth, to mean that “I AM GOD and therefore I am ABSOLUTE, I AM LOVE, I AM LOVING, I AM LOVED and I AM LOVABLE.” In Atlantis we had the High Priestess to teach this and in Lemuria we had Elders or sometimes referred to as the Fathers to teach this. In this life time they are called GOLDEN ONES. The whole role of the Golden Ones is to self realize and recall they are GOD and using alchemy to change the perception of people’ beliefs about themselves understanding we are all co creators of our own world.
Alchemy is the ability to convert and exchange one form for another or correctly said is the ability to change matter to another form through the use of human consciousness. In Lemuria we did this with the transference of energy from fear to love. This is part of the next evolutionary step of mankind now according to the Mayan calendar. In ancient science, both in Atlantis and Lemuria, the ALCHEMY was to transfer and transform a civilization from being unconscious to conscious meaning being aware that we create our own world. The word Alchemy is taken from the word CHEM which is an ancient name for wisdom. Today the Chem-ist or Chemist supposedly has wisdom about the transformation s/he makes when making prescriptions ….. Do they really have the wisdom?

God, Alchemy, Love, Integration from Lemuria

In summary, Lemuria was/is about transference and transformation of the human soul from fear to love, ending of all dualities to be whole and complete again as once created and the awakening to self realization to remember we are GOD and create whatever we want. The truth is love and all else is an illusion. (This has been taught over and over in many books, teachings and ancients’ scripts.) Now is the time of this consciousness

The earliest merkabah speculations were exegetical expositions of the prophetic visions of God in the heavens, and the divine retinue of angels, hosts, and heavenly creatures surrounding God. The earliest evidence suggests that merkabah homiletics did not give rise to ascent experiences – as one rabbinic sage states: “Many have expounded upon the merkabah without ever seeing it” (Tosefta’ Megillah 3[4]:28).

The Talmudic interdictions concerning merkabah speculation are numerous and widely held. Discussions concerning the merkabah were limited to only the most worthy sages, and admonitory legends are preserved about the dangers of overzealous speculation concerning the merkabah. The sages Rabbi Yochanan Ben Zakkai (d. ca. 80 CE) and later, Rabbi Akiva (d. 135) were deeply involved in merkabah speculation. Rabbi Akiva and his contemporary Rabbi Ishmael ben Elisha are most often the protagonists of later merkabah ascent literature.

Beyond the rabbinic community, Jewish apocalyptists also engaged in visionary speculations concerning the divine realm and the divine creatures which are remarkably similar to the rabbinic material. A small number of texts unearthed at Qumran indicate that the Dead Sea community also engaged in merkabah speculation. Recently uncovered Jewish mystical texts also evidence a deep affinity with the rabbinic merkabah homilies. Recently, considerable scholarly attention has been paid to the use of merkabah themes in early Jewish-Christian circles.

The merkabah homilies eventually consisted of detailed descriptions of multiple layered heavens (usually seven in number), often guarded over by angels, and encircled by flames and lightning. The highest heaven contains seven palaces (hekhalot), and in the innermost palace resides a supreme divine image (God’s Glory or an angelic image) seated on a throne, surrounded by awesome hosts who sing God’s praise.

When these images were combined with an actual mystical experiential motif of individual ascent (paradoxically called “descent” in most texts) and union is not precisely known. By inference, contemporary historians of Jewish mysticism usually date this development to the third century CE. Again, there is a significant dispute amongst historians over whether these ascent and unitive themes were the result of some “foreign,” usually Gnostic, influence, or a natural progression of religious dynamics within rabbinic Judaism.

The Biblical Merkaba in Depth
According to the verses in Ezekiel and its attendant commentaries, the analogy of the Merkaba image consists of a chariot made of many angels being driven by the “Likeness of a Man.” Four angels form the basic structure of the chariot. These angels are called the “Chayot”.

The bodies of the “Chayot” are like that of a human being, but each of them had four faces, corresponding to the four directions the chariot can go (north, east south and west). The faces are that of a man, a lion, an ox (later changed to a child or cherub) and an eagle. Since there are four angels and each has four faces, there are a total of 16 faces. Each Chayot angel also has four wings.

Two of these wings spread across the length of the chariot and connected with the wings of the angel on the other side.

This created a sort of ‘box’ of wings that formed the perimeter of the chariot. With the remaining two wings, each angel covered its own body.

Below, but not attached to the feet of the “Chayot” angels are other angels that are shaped like wheels. These wheel angels, which are described as “a wheel inside of a wheel”, are called “Ophannim” – wheels, cycles or ways).

These wheels are not directly under the chariot, but are nearby and along its perimeter much like the wheels of a car. The angel with the face of the man is always on the east side and looks up at the “Likeness of a Man” that drives the chariot. The “Likeness of a Man” sits on a throne made of saphire.

The Bible later makes mention of a third type of angel found in the Merkaba called “Seraphim” (lit. burning) angels. These angels appear like flashes of fire continuously ascending and decending.

These “Seraphim” angels functioned somewhat like pistons in that they powered the movement of the chariot. In the hierarchy of these angels, “Seraphim” are the highest, that is, closest to God, followed by the “Chayot”, which are followed by the “Ophannim”.

The chariot is in a constant state of motion, and the energy behind this movement runs according to this heirarchy. The movement of the “Ofanim” is controlled by the “Chayot” while the movement of the “Chayot” is controlled by the “Serafim”. The movement of all the angels of the chariot are controlled by the “Likeness of a Man” on the Throne.

A Chassidic Explanation
Chassidic philosophy explains that Merkaba is a multi-layered analogy that offers insight into the nature of man, the ecosystem, the world, and teaches us how to become better people.

The four Chayot angels represent the basic archetypes that God used to create the current nature of the world. Ofannim, which means ways, are the ways these archetypes combine to create actual entities that exist in the world. For instance, in the basic elements of the world, the lion represents fire, the ox earth, the eagle wind, and the man water.

However, in practice, everything in the world is some combination of all four, and the particular combination of each element that exist in each thing are its particular Ofannim or ways. In another example, the four Chayot represent spring, summer, winter and fall. These four types of weather are the archetypal forms. The Ofannim would be the combination of weather that exists on a particular day, which may be a winter-like day within the summer or a summer like day within the winter or whatever.

The Man on the throne represents God, who is controlling everything that goes on in the world, and how all of the archetypes He set up should interact.

The Man on the throne, however, can only drive when the four angels connect their wings.

This means that God will not be revealed to us by us looking at all four elements (for instance) as separate and independent entities. However, when one looks at the way that earth, wind, fire and water (for instance) which all oppose each other are able to work together and coexist in complete harmony in the world, this shows that there is really a higher power (God) telling these elements how to act.

This very lesson carries over to explain how the four basic groups of animals and the four basic archetypal philosophies and personalities reveal a higher, godly source when one is able to read between the lines and see how these opposing forces can and do interact in harmony. A person should strive to be like a Merkaba, that is to say, he should realize all the different qualities, talents and inclinations he has (his angels).

They may seem to contradict, but when one directs his life to a higher goal such as doing God’s will (the man on the chair driving the chariot) he will see how they all can work together and even complement eachother.

Ultimately, we should strive to realize how all of the forces in the world, though they may seem to conflict can unite when one knows how to use them all to fulfill a higher purpose, namely to serve God.

Key Texts
The ascent texts are extant in four principal works, all redacted well after the third but certainly before the ninth century CE.

They are: 1) Hekhalot Zutartey (“The Lesser Palaces”), which details an ascent of Rabbi Akiva; 2) Hekhalot Rabbati (“The Greater Palaces”), which details an ascent of Rabbi Ishmael; 3) Ma`aseh Merkabah (“Account of the Chariot”), a collection of hymns recited by the “descenders” and heard during their ascent; and 4) Sepher Hekhalot (“Book of Palaces,” also known as 3 Enoch), which recounts an ascent and divine transformation of the biblical figure Enoch into the archanel Metatron, as related by Rabbi Ishmael.

A fifth work provides a detailed description of the Creator as seen by the “descenders” at the climax of their ascent.

This work, preserved in various forms, is called Shi`ur Qomah (“Measurement of the Body“), and is rooted in a mystical exegesis of the Song of Songs, a book reputedly venerated by Rabbi Akiva.

The literal message of the work was repulsive to those who maintained God’s incorporeality; Maimonides (d. 1204) wrote that the book should be erased and all mention of its existence deleted. While throughout the era of merkabah mysticism the problem of creation was not of paramount importance, the treatise Sefer Yetzirah (“Book of Creation”) represents an attempt at cosmogony from within a merkabah milieu.

This text was probably composed during the seventh century CE, and evidences influence of Neoplatonism, Pythagoreanism, and Stoicism.

It features a linguistic theory of creation in which God creates the universe by combining the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet, along with emanations represented by the ten numerals, or sefirot.

Eating Grains? Learn from Brain Researcher & 5th Generation Ayurveda Practitioner

Soaking Grains is a must!
Written on these pages for you!

Why to Soak Grains.

Why to eat Cooked Food.

Thrive Market.

Ayurvedic Fasting.

Kitchari from 5th Generation Ayurvedic teacher.

You’ll be surprised by this! Fact number one:  So because of cooking, you get to be you! Big Brain making a lot of Connections!

Listen to the research of Suzana Herulano:

“So what is the human advantage? What is it that we have that no other animal has? My answer is that we have the largest number of neurons in the cerebral cortex, and I think that’s the simplest explanation for our remarkable cognitive abilities. And what is it that we do that no other animal does, and which I believe was fundamental to allow us to reach that large, largest number of neurons in the cortex? In two words, we cook. No other animal cooks its food.

Only humans do. And I think that’s how we got to become human.

Studying the human brain changed the way I think about food. I now look at my kitchen, and I bow to it, and I thank my ancestors for coming up with the invention that probably made us humans. Thank you very much. “

Suzana truly emphasizes how much less work your body has to do because receiving energy from food has been simplified by cooking!

She doesn’t talk about grains or specific foods!

Many Other Researchers do!
Grain Brain has been a recent movement “throwing out the baby with the bath water!

Grains when soaked and properly treated and cooked can be medicine!

Ayurveda really emphasizes this concept of Eating for your Dosha!

Soaking grains is especially important if you want to maintain the best use of your brain!

Less time spent digesting food especially grains means more time growing, repairing, and recalling!

Grains include things such as beans, legumes, nuts and seeds.

Multiple research studies now demonstrate what traditional cooking practices have passed down generation to generation!

Soaked, softened and conditioned grains, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds can make cooking easier, add nutrition and variety to your diet.
This practice of soaking can also remove the antinutrients that are giving grains and “grain brain”a bad name!

When grains are not soaked they maybe full of– particularly phytates and enzyme inhibitors.
These antinurtients detract from their benefit to your body! When grains are not soaked, ideally six to eight hours, they:

Dr. Mercola states:

  • Grains contain anti-nutrients and lectins that can damage your gut, and humans did not consume them until relatively recently in biological time
  • We’re often told that whole grains are healthy, but the high-fiber bran portion of grain — the part that makes it a whole grain — actually contains many of the anti-nutrients
  • There is a sizable body of scientific evidence showing that grains, as well as legumes, contain anti-nutrients that may increase intestinal permeability and cause leaky gut and associated symptoms

Grandmothers passed down  for generations recipes asking you for soaking ahead of time!
This soaking makes it much easier to actually cook and consume the foods such as oatmeal porridge, cakes and even breads.

These are good for us when using practices that call for  soaking grains or flour ahead of time.

Below is my favorite recipes for a rice and bean (legume) based dish.

I learned about the benefits of doing a cleanse early when I was in Medical School!

When you give your body a gentle rest from food, your body becomes better capable of everything it can do for you!

These foods should be prepared in a manner that maximizes nutrient density by mitigating the effects of these antinutrients.

Soaking grains overnight seems to be an effective!

What does it mean to soak grains?

The nutrition you find is locked inside by three main components, phytic acid, phytates, and phytase.

Phytic Acid: shaped like a snowflake, phytic acid acts like a locked storage container in grains and seeds.
It’s found in the bran and germ portion and holds mainly phosphorus, but often times calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc too.

Phytates: the “glue” keeping these important minerals inside the storage container. If phytic acid is the locked container, phytates would be the lock itself.

Phytase: an enzyme that breaks down phytic acid. This would be the key to our lock.

How do we unlock the phytic acid and break free the vitamins and minerals so our bodies can use them?
We turn the key.
We activate the phytase when we soak the grains.

Soak, sprout, sour, and rinse your grains!

Focusing exclusively on traditional foods, all of the recipes featuring grains, beans and legumes at Nourished Kitchen call for either souring, soaking or sprouting.

A few recipes consistently pop up.  How do you effectively use the process of soaking grains, beans and legumes?
Do you need to soak almond flour? How do you find time to soak grains? Does phytic acid fight cancer?  Do you need to rinse your grains after soaking?

Release Your Fear Now | What is fear and how to let it go!

October 5, 2017 by Dr. Sarah Larsen Leave a Comment

Release Your Fear Now

What if you have a bad habit of imagining the worst?

What If All of Your Fears Are Created by You?
(and How to Overcome Them)

Could you change everything in your life by being more real with yourself?

Could you be more prepared by identifying and releasing your fears?

How could your life change by letting go of your fear?

Thousands of my clients have! I have!  I share fears below!

Here is a tool for you to become aware of your fear and let it go!

Sit with a notebook in hand:

Write down three Fears:

Then read all of this exercise.

Then do the visualization recommended!

Step 1:
Close your eyes
Relax

Step 2:
Imagine the fears you wrote down staying with you always.
What does that feel like?
Really feel it!

Step 3:
Pick one of the three fears.
Imagine that one fear walking beside you.
Imagine what it is wearing, might taste like, smells like, and sound like.
Give yourself time to really give this one fear “senses” and an image.

Do you feel this fear anywhere in your body?
What nickname could you give this fear?

(When you do this exercise you will fear better!  No one else can do this for you! Do the exercise and change your world!)

Imagine what you feel like with that fear walking beside you!
Walk alongside that fear.

Step 4:
Imagine Faith.
Pure absolute Faith!
You might imagine an Archangel Michael, or what connects you to what created us.
One of my clients thinks of Hippocrates, another Jesus and yet another thinks of Mohamed. May peace be upon them and you!
Many imagine Earth as a loving mother.

The feeling of Safety assuredness.
Imagine what safety, assuredness, or walking with Source might taste like, smell like and sound like.

Feel Faith! This is a picture of this angel I took in Italy! “Angel” saw I could see it and asked me to take the picture to comfort others on the bus!

(Sometimes, I imagine Einstein or Tesla.
Most times I feel Mother Mary. I believe it is Mother Mary in this Picture!
Sometimes, Faith reveals herself to  me as an innocent child or sometimes Faith, he is the Sun!
I feel like I felt in Oneness! Yes, I feel Faith!)

I am very “Faith” driven and I know Faith will work with you the more you imagine and ask for it!

Imagine Faith walking with you side by side while you walk with fear.
Take your time, take deep breaths!

Step 5:
Imagine walking towards a Garden.
This Garden is labeled:
The Garden of Fears!
Imagine this gate.

Step 6:
Imagine releasing your fear into the Garden.

Your Faith helps you release it.

Take deep, deep breaths as you release your fear into that garden.

Repeat step 3 to 6 for each fear!

You will get better and stronger in your faith every time you do this!

Once you build a practice of this,
You can do this with each fear that comes up as it comes up!

Begin the process now!

My big fears that I released were:

1. Not having money to take care of my children, my parents or those I chose as family, should they ever need me.

Deep realizations summarized below when I left that fear at the Garden of Fear!

I really want to do right by these extraordinary people!

I generously paid for everything someone else asked because I felt prosperous and yet I didn’t spoil me or my family.
Rather, they took care of me!

I didn’t spoil them because I didn’t give to myself. When I began taking care of myself.  My realization that I was afraid to be responsible for money surfaced.
I had only a fear of being responsible for the money, my welfare and theirs too!

I used to not charge for my sessions.

When I learned I was operating out of fear about not being able to give to them.
I created not having enough to give to them!

You see your fears have power over you until you have power over them!

So I am now learning to live in faith around money and not give every dollar to help someone else!
I save money so I can give to me and them!
I manage money so well!

I have created 8 figures for the nonprofits I have worked with.
I have helped turn businesses around!

When there is no fear around money, it is easy to ask for it and create it!
When there is a great deal unconsciousness around it,
you might not look at it and bury your head in the sand!

You might do everything you can to avoid your fear and get no where!

Everyone is wealthy as Onesess and God is his or her supply!
They are wealthy and don’t need you or anyone to sacrifice yourself.

2. My second big fear I released:

Hurting someone because I wasn’t mindful.

I never want to hurt. I know it isn’t up to me what another feels, yet, I want to make sure to be as mindful, honest, and kind as possible.
“Above all else do no harm!” I do this exercise often when I think of someone I may have hurt.

(I don’t mind being misunderstood.  I think it is a privilege for people to assume things about me.
I truly thank you for thinking of me! Even if it is a misunderstanding!
I know Source and that the misunderstanding will be fixed eventually!
In my Near Death Experience I felt each misunderstanding being understood!)

I just don’t want to actually “hurt” someone because I am unaware.
I also grew up with younger siblings.  I never wanted to hurt them and it has extended to everyone else!
I am now aware that I may hurt others that I perceive as very strong!
Men can be hurt. Men, fathers, and grandfathers are sensitive to me.
Teachers can be hurt. People that seem enlightened, put on their pants one leg at a time.
Innocent children can hurt adults with fragile or strong egos.

You must learn to see everything as feedback.

And you must become aware when you are not accurately “reading” a situation.
If you are hurt by someone you once admired, loved, consider, you might be “reading” the situation wrong.

It is hard to LOVE again! But this is the very thing that will free you and the world!

Your fear misunderstood them. Maybe their fear misunderstood you.

WAKE UP. You must forgive and LOVE. YOU MUST GIVE LOVE. All conditions love!

With every breath around them, you must begin again. You must forgive yourself and them.

You don’t have to hang out with someone that is abusive!

3. Rejection. Being rejected.
Complex.  I don’t fear being killed or hurt. Just rejected. Funny. Deep deep fear!
Sometimes, I feel like I have let this go.

Then someone “rejects” me. And I have to deal.

They could be awful to me or wonderful and yet if the “trigger of rejection” kicked in and I allow a person to be awful.
It is interesting isn’t it!
A pattern from our childhood and we forget we have power over it.
We forget we have choices!

Growing up abused some of us have this trigger.
We want someone who is awful to us to be kind like the abusers we grew up with.
We don’t know we have a choice because the problem was within us before we had language to understand it.

When you do the exercise, bad feelings, unconscious drivers become revealed!
You feel much better just by identifying the unconscious behavior.
Recently, it “kicked” in in the most unexpected way by the most unexpected person.

I am grateful to the person that “kicked” me for showing me another unconscious part of myself.
I release all the fear, hurt and rejection because I am grateful.

I also release the person

I still challenge myself to find new fears that might be operating!

(I know mind over matter, how to transform energy, and I know Oneness from my near death experience.
I know God to be love and every human is love too! Walking each of these fears to the garden, I am able to do more for you!)

Fear sneaks in, so do this exercise often!

After doing this exercise over and over again, I become even more fearless.
I speak more clearly.
I am more organized and free!

I want that for you!
You will have deep realizations and Ah moments!
No one else can do this work for you!

When you put your fears on paper.
You will have done half the work!

When you release them to the garden of fear, and walk with faith, you will grow stronger!

Don’t let fear, tell you can’t do something!
Don’t let fear steal your life!
Don’t let fear take over your biology and memories!

You have got to protect yourself from fear!

It is up to you to stay free and available for love!

I have been in very violent circumstances so that didn’t frighten me.

Not providing has been the biggest fear that I released.

My husband’s and kids’ fears were: losing me, losing the family, being physically hurt, not being able to play sports or ride. Being murdered, heights, being weak.
All of the physical body not being available or being compromised!  Normal fears!  All fears point to something within you that wants to feel alive!

Many of my client’s fears included: husband being alone, wife being alone, not caring for others, stopped feeling, being arrested for a false crime, being sentenced to hell,
doing something believed to be unforgivable, being robbed, robbing, being murdered, being fat, being too skinny, cancer, not meeting payroll, being alone for the rest of life, being found out,
being old, not being left alone, being taken advantage of, being cheap, being uneducated, coaching resolutions when family unresolved, being a fraud, being exposed, mother/father gone, orphan, without family, God angry, being cursed, being chased by bad people, fear of committing suicide, hurting self, or hurting others, long held addictions, long held secrets, family secrets, feeling numb, feeling lost, feeling poor, feeling overwhelmed, forgetting the past and fear of the future.

Your fear may not have been listed, fear is unique to each of us. Some fears don’t yet have words for them.

Those fears especially trigger you and control you! I don’t want fear controlling you!

Mercury and What You Need to Know

What are the types of Mercury? How do you get mercury out of your body? What are the symptoms of Mercury poisoning?

Mercury 101: Three forms of mercury

There are three major types of mercury:

  1. Elemental mercury: this is the form in “silver” fillings, or dental amalgams. Such fillings are about 50 percent mercury with smaller amounts of silver, tin, and copper. Dental amalgams continuously lose trace amounts of mercury, primarily as mercury vapor, or gas, which we inhale. Just as we inhale oxygen and it’s transported from our lungs to all of the tissues in our body, so too is mercury inhaled and transported throughout our body.
  2. Inorganic mercury: you can think of this form of mercury as a result of corrosion. At some point, the elemental mercury in dental amalgams will be inhaled or swallowed, and then it attaches to another compound, forming inorganic mercury.
  3. Organic mercury: also called methylmercury, this is the type of mercury found in seafood. When we eat fish, the methylmercury is delivered directly to our intestines. Somewhat unfortunately, due to a process called molecular mimicry, which can be thought of as a case of mistaken identity, our body sees the organic mercury, thinks it’s a beneficial nutrient and brings it out of the gut into circulation.

How do you get mercury out of your body?

Make sure you are working with a licensed Doctor or healthcare provider!

    1. Diet

Avoid all sugar and milk, limit all processed foods and most grains, especially wheat.

It will be important to have a high protein diet as the sulfur bearing amino acids in the protein will greatly facilitate detoxification. Do NOT attempt to fast during DMPS mercury detoxification. If you are a vegetarian you will be at HIGH risk for complications from DMPS unless you have a large amount of protein.

Whey protein can be used as a supplement as it is high in glutathione and branched chain amino acids. Two large tablespoons are used per drink and that can be taken once a day and twice a day for the week prior to DMPS chelation.

Autistic children can’t use this product as it contains casein. They can use pure branched chain amino acids. You can start with one capsule twice daily and mix with food. Work up to two capsules twice a day for the week prior to DMPS chelation.

    2. Beneficial Bacteria

Take one quarter to one half teaspoon once a day of a high potency high quality strain. It is vital to have an optimized bowel flora for detoxification.

    3. Maintain two to three bowel movements per day

If you are not having this many bowel movements make certain that your thyroid status has been checked. It is very common for mercury to affect the thyroid. If your thyroid function is fine then you should add some magnesium.

If you are on long-term magnesium it is important to take some calcium with it or after awhile you will develop an imbalance in your calcium magnesium ratio which could result in severe cramping.

Freshly ground flax seed several teaspoons per day will facilitate intestinal movement and also contribute some healthy essential fatty acids.

    4. Unload the connective tissue with Chlorella or ProChitosan

Chlorella and ProChitosan are an important part of the detoxification program, as approximately 90% of the mercury in our bodies is eliminated through the stool. Chlorella is an algae and, unlike Protchitosan, has protein high levels of chlorophyll and other nutrients which can be used for nourishment.

The chlorella powder is the most cost effective approach but some people will prefer the tablets or capsules for convenience. A simple way to dissolve the powder is to place it in a container with a lid partially filled with water. Then tighten the lid and shake to dissolve and drink the solution.

Caution: About 30% of people can’t tolerate chlorella. This may be due to optimized function of the enzyme cellulase. If you are unable to tolerate this it would be wise to consider adding an enzyme with cellulase in it to help digest the chlorella.

Dose: One can start out with a one quarter of a teaspoon of the powder (one 500 mg tablet) once a day initially to confirm that there is no hypersensitivity present. Work up slowly over one to two weeks to a dose of one teaspoon (ten tablets or capsules) per day. Once you tolerate this dose you are able to use it to bind the mercury. Use this dose starting two days prior to your chelation and for one day afterwards. The chlorella will thoroughly coat your intestine and bind like a sponge to any mercury that the DMPS liberates into the gut.

The above dose is based on a 150 pound adult. If you are using the program for children reduce the dose proportionately. (So a 30 pound child would have have 30/150 or 1/5 (20%) of the dose).

Caution: If at any time one develops nausea or starts “burping up” the chlorella taste then the chlorella should be stopped immediately as a food sensitivity is developing which will only worsen if you continue taking it. If this happens you should switch to ProChitosan. This binds similarly to mercury. Its dose is dependent on your bowel movements.

If you have one bowel movement a day or less you should start two days prior to the DMPS. If you have two or more bowel movements, you can start 24 hours prior to the DMPS. Stay on it for 24 hours after the DMPS. So you will be on it either two or three days. The dose is two capsules three times a day. Be sure to drink it with plenty of water and increase magnesium if constipation develops.

Porphrazyme from Biotics Research is another alternative to chlorella that many clinicians have had success with in mercury detoxification.

    5. Start Garlic or MSM

It would be wise to start on garlic regularly to enhance sulfur stores. Use the food, rather than the supplement garlic. Try to get in three cloves per day, but decrease the dose if your odor becomes socially offensive.

Again, as indicated in the chlorella section above, children will have proportionately lower doses.

MSM is a form of sulfur which will help your body to remove the mercury. The initial dose is one capsule twice a day. Increase by one capsule a day until you are at three capsules twice a day. If you have root canals and are chronically sick you may want to increase to five capsules three times a day.

    6. Start Cilantro

Cilantro will help mobilize mercury out of the tissue so the DMPS can attach to it and allow it to be excreted from the body. The best form of cilantro is a tincture available from Dragon River (505-583-2348).

The dose is one dropper applied on the wrists and rubbed in twice a day for the two weeks preceding the DMPS IV. It is used the morning prior to the DMPS chlelation but can be stopped for the following two weeks. The tincture is also particularly useful for any joint pain and could be rubbed on the joint that is hurting as an alternative.

You can also augment the tincture with using the herb. It is not as potent, but certainly will add to the program. However, like chlorella, many people are sensitive to oral cilantro. So, if you develop any nausea or discomfort after eating cilantro do not use it orally.

    7. Mineral Replacement

It is important to have a generally healthy mineral base. The body works better with toxic metals than no metals at all. Enzymes have certain binding sites that require a metal for them to perform their function as a catalyst. When you are deficient in magnesium, sodium, zinc and other minerals, the body does not let go of the toxic metals very easily.

Selenium and zinc are particularly important trace minerals in mercury detoxification and should be used for most people.

Generally the citrate form of minerals works quite nicely unless one has a low blood phosphorous level. It is important to not take copper or iron though unless a clinician has examined a hair analysis and or blood work and recommended these minerals. Thorne Research has Citramins II which is citrated minerals without copper or iron.

    Hydrochloric Acid:

If you do not have a sufficient amount of hydrochloric acid secreted by your stomach then it will be very difficult to ionize mineral supplements to absorb them properly. There is a hydrochloric acid reflex present on the lowest rib approximately one inch lateral to the midline. If this area on the rib is tender to palpation there is a strong likelihood the person is deficient in hydrochloric acid and would benefit from supplementation.

This is especially common in individuals over 50 years old, and also in individuals with food allergies. One to six capsules or more of Betaine hydrochloride is generally taken with the first bite of every meal for proper digestive support. The Betaine can be discontinued once the reflex point in non-tender to deep palpation.

    Monitoring Your Mineral Dosing

It will be very important to monitor your mineral levels during the detoxification program. This should be done initially and at least every 6-12 weeks. I only recommend two labs to do this work. Trace Elements and Analytical Research as they are the only two labs that do not wash the hair samples prior to analysis.

    8. Digestion and Gall Bladder Support for Autism

Liver and gallbladder congestion are major issues in states of toxicity. To insure that your gallbladder bile flow is functional add magnesium taurate or taurine, butyric acid (Butryex 559-433-3110)

The dose of the Butyrex initially is 1/8-1/4 of capsule. Gradually increase the dose to 5 capsules 3 times daily. The Butyrex has an offensive odor which is lessened by keeping it in the freezer. Additionally inserting the powder in applesauce, raw honey or elderberry cough syrup may improve compliance.

Digestive enzymes (containing lipase) and CCK (stimulates contraction of the gall bladder) can be used one hour after meals containing fat. CCK is taken after dinner (high fat meal).

    • young children 1/4 tablet
    • older children 1/2 tablet
    • teenagers 1 tablet
    • adults 2 to 4 tablets

Your ability to clear toxins will be impaired if you do not have proper fats to support digestive function. Your diet should contain adequate fat from unprocessed pure oils. Omega Nutrition, Flora or Arrowhead Mills

    • sunflower
    • safflower
    • sesame

OR fats naturally found in foods:

    • seeds
    • nuts
    • avocado
    • free range organic poultry, eggs, or meats

    9. Antioxidants

Vitamin C and E. It would be wise to take Unique vitamin E one capsule per day and about 250-500 mg of vitamin C with each meal. If you are exercising aggressively you can take 1000 mg of C 15-30 minutes prior to exercising. It is also wise to consider adding 2-4,000 mg of Vitamin C powder to a half gallon of water and drinking that throughout the day.

It will be VERY important to take 2000 units (typically five of the 400 unit capsules) of vitamin E the day of and the day after the DMPS injection as this will decrease the side effects of the detoxification reaction considerably. You can also take 1-2 grams of vitamin C immediately prior to the DMPS injection.

    10. Start Monthly DMPS Injections, Suppositories or Transdermal

You should not have DMPS if you still have amalgam fillings. If they have been removed the injections can be started on a monthly basis. Collection of the urine is then down to analyze how much mercury is being excreted. One must urinate completely prior to the injection.

I perform the analysis at 90 minutes as that is most convenient, but others do four or 24 hour collections. The DMPS injections are generally given about six times or until the level drops into single digits or you are feeling better.

    For pediatric patients

You can click here to find out why I don’t recommend DMSA mercury chelation. Since an IV is such a traumatic event for most children it is probably wise to use a rectal suppository version of DMPS which is available from most compounding pharmacists. Another alternative is to apply the dose transdermally with DMSO. This is very similar to the way that the hormone secretion is being used for many autistic patients.

The dose is 5 mg of DMPS per kg of body weight and is generally given once a month. The urine collection for pediatric patients incorporates a bag to collect the urine for mercury analysis.

    11. DMPS Alternative

Some people do not tolerate DMPS well. This is especially true for those who have damage in the central nervous system, such as those with MS or ALS or children with fragile brain architecture. If this is the case there are several options. PCA (peptid clathrating agent) spray can be used. The dose is 4 sprays under the tongue every day or every other day. One may use a dipeptide amino acid or mixed mineral succinates such as Champion Nutrition Muscle Nitro.

Different individuals, different rates of mercury detox

Based on studies during an outbreak of mercury poisoning from eating mercury-contaminated seeds, the half-life of mercury (meaning the time it takes to decrease the blood level of mercury by half) for most people is 60 days. But the range is 40 to 120 days. In someone who only slowly detoxifies mercury, exposure to a constant source, even if small, such as with dental amalgams, leads to significantly greater accumulation and toxicity that would occur in someone who quickly moves it out of the body.

Chronic inflammation can lead to impaired detoxification and mercury accumulation. Are you at risk?

Mercury detox is affected by numerous factors

Mercury is moved out of the body by the glutathione system. Glutathione can be thought of as the master antioxidant. One of its many roles is to attach to metals and other toxins to guide them out of the body.

Genetics and epigenetics clearly have some influence over our rate of detoxification. But the story is much more complex, and fortunately, there are a number of pieces of the detoxification process that we can support.

Most notably, there is a complex interplay between inflammation and detoxification, and one cannot be treated without addressing the other.

Chronic inflammation = impaired detoxification. And, mercury = chronic inflammation. A vicious cycle.

Detoxification is essentially an antioxidant system. Inflammation, in contrast, plays the role of “attack and repair.” For example, if you cut yourself, you’ll notice that the skin around that cut becomes red, warm, and a little swollen. This is because inflammatory cells move into “attack” any potential pathogens (like bad bacteria) that may try to move into your body through the cut (since the skin provides a normal barrier of defense). Inflammation is often protective in the short term, but it is associated with increased oxidative stress, meaning there’s an increase in reactive compounds that can cause damage to our cells and our DNA. Chronic inflammation, which is essentially “pro-oxidant,” will decrease detoxification, which is “anti-oxidant.”

In one study looking at fish consumption in children, levels of mercury were compared with inflammatory markers. Even though the levels of mercury in these children were low, an association was seen between higher mercury (whether due to slow detoxification and associated accumulation, or due to high consumption) and several inflammatory markers.

One study looking at how the immune system responds to mercury found an increase in the release of pro-inflammatory immune cells. This dysregulation in the immune system leads to an unopposed inflammatory response and increased risk for infectious or autoimmune diseases.

Inflammation makes us more susceptible to mercury toxicity

In one study, inflammation due to different causes, including exposure to bacterial endotoxin, which occurs with food poisoning or other GI infection, significantly increased toxicity. Another study similarly found that small amounts of bacterial endotoxin exposure substantially increased susceptibility to damage from various toxins, including metals. And another study in mice demonstrated that mercury in the presence of bacterial endotoxin caused measurably more kidney damage than mercury alone. This means that the same amount of mercury or other toxins will cause more damage in the presence of inflammation.

Mercury affects every cell and system in our body

Because of this, the effects and symptoms of mercury toxicity are different in each individual. While the variety of ways in which mercury affects each of us is too much to cover in this article, here’s a list of some signs and symptoms that mercury is affecting your health:

    • Anxiety
    • Depression
    • Brain fog or decreased concentration
    • Fatigue
    • Frequent headaches
    • Ataxia (decreased control over muscular movements such as with walking or picking up objects)
    • Sleep disturbance in children
    • Autoimmune disease
    • Allergies
    • Multiple chemical sensitivity
    • Paresthesias or neuropathy
    • Hearing loss
    • Dysarthria (characterized by slurred or slow speech due to weakness or poor control over the muscles used for speech)
    • Muscle tremor
    • Movement disorders
    • Hair loss
    • Hormonal dysregulation including abnormal menstrual cycles and infertility
    • Cardiovascular disease including hypertension, coronary heart disease, transient ischemia attacks or stroke, or other vascular diseases
    • Kidney dysfunction including proteinuria (or “spilling” proteins into the urine)

Our nervous system is particularly vulnerable to mercury toxicity

You can see from this list of symptoms that our brains are especially susceptible to the toxic effects of mercury. Many of these conditions also result from the underlying inflammation and immune dysfunction associated with a high burden of mercury. Fortunately, you can get the mercury out of your body safely!

It’s important to know that if you are considering having your dental amalgams removed, this MUST be done by a biologic or holistic dentist with experience in low-emission removal techniques. When done incorrectly, removal of amalgams can expose you to a substantial amount of mercury.

In an upcoming webinar ( the exact date is TBA) Chris and I will talk more about how to test for metal toxicity, including why we don’t recommend provoked mercury tests, what additional tests need to be considered, and how we approach detoxification. The webinar will provide some time for questions and answers, so we’ll look forward to answering your specific questions there!
